It’s quite amazing getting to share 9 years with your best friend, with the safe anchor in your life during times when it feels like you don’t know where you’re drifting, with the one that makes you laugh so you can’t breath and shares your tears til they stop. Thank you @esventan for standing by me through sickness and health, For being an amazing mother to our son and the best partner in crime in the world, both in our private life and work! by @hannexet

Vilken dag och kväll igår! 🎶❤️🎶 Tänk så mycket roligt som hände på Mårbacka på bygdens dag. Bland annat var Östra Ämterviks Musikdagar och @sunnesommaropera med och invigde den nya scenen på Mårbacka. Två konserter blev det med Hannes Öberg, Love Persson, Per Gross och Karolina Wallin Agaeus och en opera allsång. Och på kvällen allsång med Shirley Clamp tillsammans Östra Ämtervikskören, Mats Backlund, Karolina Wallin Agaeus, Robert Henriksson, Daniel Nolgård och Claes Grumer.

Through sickness and health, through tantrums and belly laughs, through fantasy fueled games, frustration and thoughtful conversations, our little Evald never cease to amaze us. Us and all the other people around him; family, friends and the ever growing team of health care providers ❤️ We walk our own path with you, dance to the beat of your drum. At first we were reluctant and scared of the road you took us on but today, on your third birthday, I just feel gratitude and wouldn’t want our path to look any different. 💚💪 Today is World Cerebral Palsy Day. Today I wear green. Why? Over 50 million people around the world live with CP and I’m a proud mom of one of them. Today, 6th October, is about recognition, inclusion and spreading knowledge. So here are some short facts. How much do you know about CP?
1. Did you know that cerebral palsy is a physical impairment as a result of a brain injury caused before the age of 2? Which means you cannot ”get” cerebral palsy as an adult. A person with CP has had to struggle with their impairment from a very young age, most often from birth.
2. Did you know that CP does not equal a mental or intellectual impairment? Sometimes the causing brain injury has affected other parts of the brain too, but then you have an additional diagnosis defining that handicap. This means that you can assume a person you meet with CP has the same intellectual capacities as yourself (or better 😏)
3. Did you know that the severity of CP is graded on a scale of 1-6, from least to most impaired? You have probably met many people with CP 1 or 2 and haven’t even noticed.
4. Did you know that CP is non-progressive? It means CP doesn’t get worse with age since the brain injury already happened. But neither will it ever go away. But you can get help with training and symptom relief.
5. Did you know most people with CP live with pain because of spastic muscles? But thanks to fantastic research (which keeps developing and which we get to be part of) most people in Sweden with CP get treatment and training in time to not have to endure that. Free health care 🙏
6. Did you know that there are 3 types of CP? They look differently because the movement, or lack thereof, in the muscles are different. They’re called spastic (the most common), dyskinetic and ataxic. (Ask if you want to know more)

Grattis på födelsedagen älskade @esventan! Jag är så otroligt tacksam och stolt att du är min närmaste vän, min trygga punkt, min makalösa fru, mamman till min underbara son och bara i regel att jag får hänga ihop med en sån där toppenmänniska som du är. I mörka stunder finns du alltid där att hjälpa mig tillbaka på rätt köl och i ljusa stunder är du den roligaste och fjantigaste personen jag känner! Jag önskar mer än allt att jag hade kunnat vara med dig idag på din födelsedag… men men… ni får klara er själva så tokfirar vi ännu mer när vi ses till helgen! by @hannexet

Yesterday was at last our dress rehearsal of Don Giovanni @goteborgsoperan! It’s such a blessing and a blast getting to share the stage with casts like this!
Premiere is this Saturday, but being a double casted production my gang have our premiere on the 7th of January. But hey! that just means you guys get to see it twice! #dongiovanni #mozart #opera #göteborgsoperan by @hannexet

What an amazing weekend, Im still totally overwhelmed by all the love from friends and family that came to celebrate Evalds christening with us! We where hoping on 30 people, it ended on over double that amount and I can’t really find the right words to explain what that means to us, so just thank you all you lovely people who came and joined us. We three are so happy and blessed to have that amount of love and support in our lives! Thank you! by @hannexet
