another very late post but I loved hosting a panel talk on mitochondrial health for the wonderful @drsambunting recently - in celebration of her brilliant new flawless moisturiser balance.

last stop: the beautiful @gundari_resort on the tiny island of folegandros

blue sea/pool views for days, excellent interiors and a pina colada to be reckoned with. aaaand the local town was like the Greece we remembered from our childhoods 🇬🇷

second stop: turning 35 at @calimykonos

beyond the beautiful views, private beach and insanely long pool, they had full body red light rooms, an excellent steam room/cold plunge AND the best open-air gym, which we loved
