The flavours of a Moroccan classic. 🇲🇦✨ Chicken, green olives, preserved lemon and warm spices — simple ingredients that come together in one of Morocco’s most loved dishes. The secret is in the balance: the brightness of preserved lemon, the depth of the spices and that rich sauce made for scooping up with bread. 🤍 Made with Hanouna’s Taste Preserved Lemon + Mqalli Tagine blend. طاجين الدجاج بالليمون المخلل والزيتون 🇲🇦 من الأطباق المغربية التي تجمع بين بساطة المكونات وغنى النكهات — الليمون المخلل، الزيتون والتوابل المغربية الأصيلة. #HanounasTaste #MoroccanTagine #ChickenTagine #MoroccanFood #MoroccanCuisine by @hanounataste

When Morocco meets Mexico 🇲🇦 × 🇲🇽 🌶️ Crispy, cheesy Moroccan Chicken Quesadillas with a Hanouna’s Taste twist. Juicy chicken seasoned with Hanouna’s Taste Mchermel, our Moroccan chermoula spice blend, layered with melted cheese, onion and pickled jalapeños, then toasted until golden and crispy. And the best part? No need for a long list of spices. One blend does the seasoning. 🌮 Moroccan Chicken Quesadillas Ingredients • 500 g boneless chicken breast or thighs • 2 tbsp Hanouna’s Taste Mchermel • 1–2 tbsp olive oil • ½ small onion, diced • Pickled jalapeños, to taste • 4 large flour tortillas • 2 cups grated melting cheese • 2–3 tbsp unsalted butter • Fresh coriander • Lime wedges • Sour cream or Greek yogurt, to serve Method Mix the chicken with Mchermel and olive oil, then grill or pan-sear until cooked and lightly charred. Slice. Sauté the onion until softened. Layer cheese, chicken, onion and jalapeños over each tortilla. Add a little more cheese, fold, and cook with butter in a hot pan until golden and crispy on both sides and the cheese is beautifully melted. Cut into wedges and serve with fresh coriander, lime and your favorite creamy dip. Moroccan flavours, beyond borders. ✨ Save this recipe for your next quick dinner — and discover Hanouna’s Taste Mchermel through the link in bio. #MoroccanFood #ChickenQuesadillas #MoroccanSpices #DubaiFoodie #moroccomeetsmexico by @hanounataste

Lamb with prunes — a Moroccan classic. 🇲🇦 Tender slow-cooked lamb, sweet prunes, toasted almonds and sesame, brought together with the warm, aromatic depth of Ras El Hanout. It’s one of those dishes that captures what I love about Moroccan cooking — the balance between savoury and sweet, spices used with intention, and a sauce that slowly develops until rich and full of flavour. My Hanouna’s Taste Ras El Hanout was created to make those flavours easier to recreate at home. Use it for tagines, lamb, couscous, roasted vegetables and slow-cooked dishes. Ras el Hanout, beyond the tagine. 🇲🇦 I love seeing Moroccan flavours find their way into everyday cooking. This creamy mushroom soup with sticky Ras el Hanout mushrooms is warm, earthy and deeply aromatic — with roasted mushrooms, pine nuts, lemon and a touch of sweetness. A beautiful example of how Ras el Hanout can go far beyond traditional Moroccan dishes. Swipe for the full recipe → Recipe adapted from @ottolenghi , with inspiration via @christinasots . Ras el Hanout — the heart of the Moroccan spice pantry. 🇲🇦 Warm, aromatic and beautifully complex, it’s one of those blends that can completely transform a dish. And while we know it from our Moroccan tagines and slow-cooked dishes, I love taking it beyond tradition — into roasted vegetables, soups, mushrooms, meats and even everyday dishes that simply need more depth. That’s the beauty of the Moroccan pantry: traditional flavours, endless ways to use them. Ras el Hanout by Hanouna’s Taste. How would you use yours? ✨ #HanounasTaste #RasElHanout #MoroccanSpices #MoroccanFlavours #moroccancuisine by @hanounataste
