2025 was great ‼️

Got married to the most amazing and caring woman💍
Met so many amazing people who have shown me so much support 🙌🏻
Thank you all for everything!
Another year with an amazing group of men who have pushed me to become better, my WNC family 💪🏻
Truly grateful for everything this year!

It’s been a roller coaster of a year consistently hitting the gym.. from not knowing how to properly workout or having the best idea of protein knowledge and nutrition. I am not perfect i have caved in for sweets, alcohol and unhealthy food and at times, I felt like nothing was working. I lost motivation for a couple months but the fire is back baby 🔥 and i can’t wait to go above in beyond in the gym and thanks to the ones that have been supportive since the jump i appreciate it 🙏🏻 more gym and food content coming soon! 💪🏻 taken in Chino Hills, California by @hansenn_32

At the beginning of the year i was ashamed of my body always wore sweaters so i didn’t feel self conscious…but over these last 6 months i feel great and i feel comfortable in my body 💪🏻 i still have a long way to go but i am happy where i am so far! by @hansenn_32
