Happy birthday to my husband, best friend and the man who has officially had custody of me for over 20 years. Any complaints about my behaviour should now be directed to management 💁‍♀️🤎

36 never looked so good 😍

Hi, I’m Hanz 👋🏼 and apparently I’m attempting Pilates now 🤎

I’m Hannah, a mum of two from Kent. After a career break and a few years of ‘mum life’ I’ve decided it’s time for bit of a plot twist.

I’ve known for a while that I want to get back into the working world, but I’m so over the London commute life 🚄🥱

I started Pilates shortly after having my youngest daughter two years ago and fell in love, so here we are - Pilates instructor training - naturally

This account is basically my little diary of starting from scratch. The training, the practice, the #ReformerFails (and basically trying to remember my GCSE PE coursework from 2K7 😅 (Cheers Miss Bradbrook)

No pretending I know what I’m doing already, very much learning as i go and training this *foggy mum brain* how to learn a new skill

Welcome to my Pilates era 🤎

Hanz x

(P.S those who know me also know I’m obnoxiously into netball as well, so if this fails @hanz.does.netball might be the backup…)

Come to a 7am reformer class with me ✌️🤎

Promise I did acrually do the class, just haven’t quite got the balls to rock up and set a tripod up yet 🤦‍♀️

The ladies (and doggos) at @floandflo.wellness are super friendly and are always on hand to help you out with any questions / don’t make you feel silly if you are doing something entirely wrong 😄

POV: 5-year plan is giving Pilates studio owner, financial freedom, work-life balance and an unreasonable amount of activewear

Current reality: Trying to learn an unreasonable amount of anatomy and physiology whilst counting reps / remembering to breathe 😅

I spent two full days in London this weekend for my first practical workshop with @future_fit_training
A LOT of Pilates is an understatement 🫪

Muscles hurt that I didn’t know existed 😂🤎

So much more to learn but one step closer to becoming a ✨Pilates Instructor ✨

First milestone unlocked! 🥹

Officially passed my Anatomy & Physiology module! 🦴🧠 (seems I do have a brain in here somewhere)

Studying, juggling mum life and trying to get my brain back into learning mode has definitely been a challenge, but that’s one step closer to becoming a qualified Pilates instructor!

Still plenty to learn, but feeling proud of this little win 🫶🏼

One module down, lots more Pilates to come!

Question is: do I try and get some studying done, or does that become a tomorrow problem…..

Some days the workouts are easier than looking after a feral toddler and a highly emotional 5 year old 🫪🏳️

Manifesting all of the above, but mainly the idiot reduction please xox 🙏🏼🍂

I still haven’t accepted that summer is over.

October, please be kind 🫶🏻 (You’re muggy and I am sweaty and over caffeinated ☕️)
