9 Decades of Grandad Des, my grandad. A hero, a man of charm, humour, intelligence and so much more.

Hero. Is often thrown around, but it’s the definitive article, as a young boy, and having you take me to Toys ‘R’ Us, where I’d be looking at all the Power Rangers Megazords, hoping to add another one to my collection, to those Christmas Eves when I’d be sleeping on the top bunk and you’d be down below.

I’ll never forget trying to sneak out of bed at about 7 in the morning, thinking I’d successfully made my escape. I’d be mere inches away from the bedroom door, convinced I’d got away with it, when suddenly, from behind me, I’d hear one word.

“Harry.”

Caught. Every single time. 😂

Those are the memories that stay with you forever. The little things that, as a child, you don’t realise will mean so much when you’re older.

And through it all, you’ve never been someone who makes a fuss. No drama, no complaining, no unnecessary this, that or the other. Just put on that famous white flat cap of yours, get on with things, and take whatever life throws at you in your stride.

That’s you, Grandad. And that’s what makes you special.

Whether it’s talking football, enjoying a glass of wine, sharing a story from years gone by, or simply spending time together, it’s those moments I appreciate more and more as I get older.

When I look back, I don’t just remember the Megazords you bought me or the presents at Christmas. I remember the man who was there. The man who made those childhood memories possible.

And at 35 years old, I still carry those memories with me. Always.

You might be 90 today, but to me, you’ll always be the same Grandad Des who took me to Toys ‘R’ Us, caught me sneaking out of bed on Christmas morning, and never needed to make a big fuss about anything.

90 years young!

Love you Grandad 💙 by @hanzo182_

HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNAAAA❤️🤓🎶
From our very first photo in 2013, on the set of #DiscoLove
To 2026, @unahealy has been a constant inspiration to me.

The loviest soul, always so caring, (I initially was invited by a friend to attend the video shoot, so I got lucky and then to be In the video, was one of my best memories. 👏🏻 but meeting her for the first time, still to this day, as back then, as I said, lovely, kind, funny and she’s Irish to the core.

Just a collection of memories and photos over the years!

Thurles/Tipperary’s finest. 💙💛

Back at the Country Festival. At the O2.
This band. ‘Are you here for the band? No for Una. 🤓😂

🤓💙 one of my favourite photos!

Winter Nights 👏🏻

Always grateful for you. ❤️

DJ Night in Shoreditch was a blast! 🔥

❤️

Promoting her album during her 2018 mini tour! 🤓🎶

🤓😂😂

Random club night supporting Vanessa. 🤓😂🍺 (was sick though)

And most recently. In January, after nearly 10 years since the last photo, I got to see and hang with @unahealy and it was everything! ❤️ literally, we spoke for a bit, I saw her perform, which is always incredible! Some new music too. Always a blast!

So Happy Birthday to my favourite Saturday, then, now and forever. Thank you for always being so lovely, kind, welcoming and more!

Harry. ❤️ (see you soon!) + hopefully a Saturdays reunion. 🎶🤓 by @hanzo182_

From one of our founding members, @hanzo182_ comes a project that we’re super excited to announce! Ladies and Gentlemen

#BATTLEVERSE

RIGHT HERE WE GO..

Introducing #BattleVerse 🔥

When we were kids, we all did it.

Could Superman beat Hulk?
What happens if Spider-Man fights the Flash?
Who wins when two characters from completely different worlds finally stand across from each other?

We argued about it in playgrounds. We did it with action figures. We fought it out on video games. We talked about feats, powers, speed, strength and who would actually walk away.

And we still do, even to this day, That inspired me and gave me an idea.

I’ve been inspired by these types of battles & creators like @batinthesun & more.

BattleVerse is that childhood argument brought to life.

Fighters from different worlds. Heroes against villains. Legends against legends. Sometimes the obvious matchup. Sometimes the one nobody thought they’d ever see.

Every battle will have its own setting, story, character designs, choreography and escalation. They’ll get hurt. They’ll get tired. They’ll use everything they have.

And when it’s finished?

One battle. One victor.

No endless debate. No draw because we couldn’t choose.

Somebody wins.

Somebody loses.

This is something I’m going to build carefully, shot by shot, learning and improving with every episode.

And it begins this winter.

BATTLEVERSE.

The fights we imagined as kids. Finally brought to life. ⚡

THE WORLD WARRIOR V THE LIGHTNING OF FATE

EPISODE ONE: RYU vs JIN — WINTER 2026.

WINTER 2026.

Ryu was once a warrior defined by discipline, honour and the endless pursuit of self-improvement.

But somewhere along the way, that pursuit changed.

Victory stopped being enough.

Opponents stopped being enough.

The World Warrior no longer fights simply to test himself — he fights because he needs to find someone capable of standing on his level.

One challenger after another has fallen short, and with every victory, Ryu has drifted further from the man the world once admired.

He wants a real fight.

Someone who can push him.

Someone who can make him feel challenged again.

And then Jin Kazama arrives.

A fighter burdened by @hanzo182_

Today, it is the greatest honour to attend my late childhood and forever hero/brother/mentor and friend @jdfffn film #LegendOfTheWhiteDragon (The UK Premiere) something that means the world to me, my connection, with him, this is something I wouldn’t pass on.

Starring JDF as #ErikReed #TheWhiteDragon

“The White Dragon, Erik Reed, has returned home to Virtuo City 3 years later after being defeated in a colossal battle against the ancient overlord, Ashtagor. The crystal he used to become the White Dragon was broken in two as a result of the epic battle, both pieces were subsequently lost. Being blamed for the destruction and collateral lives lost, his identity was outed after the battle thus making him a fugitive from the law. We now follow Erik on his journey as he teams up with treasure hunters from the past who help him reclaim his power as the White Dragon. Once reunited with his powers, he and his team are now ready to battle a new threat, Dragon Prime, who seeks revenge against the White Dragon. Erik must now try and defeat Dragon Prime in order to get one step closer to clearing his name and being able to protect his family from an ancient evil that still lurks in the darkness… Ashtagor”

Legends Never Die. 👑👏🏻

Jason, so today, is the day, I’ve been waiting years for, since the project was announced, and it’s been a rollercoaster, but to finally see your film on the big screen, is going to be a full circle moment, I know you’ll be there. 🤍🐉

Thank you for always being there, for advice, to always make sure I was good, whenever we met you, it was like no time had passed, but those moments we had, the secret handshakes, the texts, everything, I will treasure forever. To be apart of your world for a while, to see your face when you recognised me, was a true delight, ‘this guy right here, is Harry, he’s my friend! He’s London’s finest. 😂🤍

Then, in 1993, now in 2026 and forever.
