Five months ago I faced a road with two paths & both were lined with grief.. If I could go back in time I’d desperately hug that person & tell him it’s going to be okay, take the path you’ve already taken, & your new life will blossom into something far better than you could have dreamed of.

*Calls Mother* “I think I’m going to be an Ultra Runner / DJ… I don’t think there is one of those.”

“300 Days” - A Letter of Accomplishment

Saturday, August 15th, 2026, I will celebrate 300 days of sobriety.

Thank you to everyone who has given me encouragement.

Possibility only exists with a first step.

Thanks to God, I took it.

Next stop, 365.

Track Breakdown: @hanzzofficial @stallings_music break down their latest release, Start The Fire 🔥

‘Start The Fire’ blends a hypnotic Minimal groove with soulful, timeless energy, built around its iconic vocals. Deep, rolling percussion and warm sub-bass form the foundation, while subtle textures and evolving layers shape the track into a warm, uplifting outdoor terrace vocal experience.

The last 6 months has been a complete transformation of my life. I started completely over and decided to rebuild a new one that fulfilled me in organic ways. Little did I know how amazing life could actually get. It just took some patience and a lot of leaps of faith. Huge shoutout to @theexchangerunningcollective @rookrunning @panda_performance_therapy @lolu.life and @crosspoint.tv for playing such a major role in this whole stage of my life. There are far too many names to tag that have effortlessly supported me and made me feel like family.

Some achievements I’m proud of:

- Reconnecting With Jesus (He is my best friend. There isn’t a decision I make or a step I take without his hands all over it. He is the reason any of these achievements were possible and the cause of all of this.)
- 190 Days Sober (this is sober from EVERYTHING, including prescribed ADHD medication) My longest sober streak since 18 years old.
- 111 Days No Smoking Nicotine (longest streak since 17 years old)
- First Half Marathon (1:54:59)
- First New Car Purchase
- Paid 20% Off My Debt (Still Mind Blown at This)
- Two Records Signed Internationally (May 8th and TBD on the Other Record)
- Lost Over 25lbs Since October and The Healthiest I’ve Ever Been (Summer Body is Sooooooo Back)

So what is next? I don’t really know. But what I do know is I want to fill my life with love in every possible way. The achievements are great and all, but what fills my cup is giving and receiving love. I’ve noticed when I focus on love, amazing things happen naturally. I’m so proud of who I’ve become and my heart posture towards life. These next 6 months will be nothing short of incredible. 2026 has been the greatest year of my life and we have so much more to go!!!!
