Get your naturally occurring melatonin to work better for you.
Magnesium may impact sleep because of the way it affects other chemicals in the brain, including melatonin. Having higher magnesium levels IS linked to better sleep
Magnesium doesn’t just induce sleep but also helps us achieve a naturally deeper, restful sleep by reducing stress, tension, and relaxing the muscles
Absolutely everyone needs it! We were made to have more in our bodies but if you’re like most of people, we are very deficient. Change your life and spray it on multiple times a day!!

It brings me much joy to share what I do with you.

When you send me sweet and kind messages of love and appreciation it makes my day! When you leave reviews on my products about how an item has changed your life (even in small ways) it warms my heart. When someone says their friend told them about me or you share your Happie Coconut on social media I literally do a happy dance (I’m a 💃🏼 dancer, not a good one 😆but still)

Yes, I’m very fortunate to love what I do but I do it because of you. You and your family matter to me. I want you to be your best YOU!

So thank you so very very much for filling my soul with warmth. It humbles me and also fills me.

So here’s a funny little thing that happened…

Jeff and I were out shopping for diving wetsuits, and I noticed they had sunscreen for sale at the front desk.

Of course, I had to pick it up and read the ingredients. And guess what? Almost the exact same ingredients I use in my own sunscreen… for nearly twice the price!

It made me smile because this is exactly why I started making my own products. I love knowing what’s in them, keeping ingredients simple, and not paying extra just because something has a fancy label.
Keeping cost low for you and me 🥰

Sometimes the best things really are the simple things! ☀️ by @happiecoconut

🌱 Little hands, big lessons. ❤️

One of the greatest gifts we can give the next generation is a love for where our food comes from. Showing our grandson around our edible garden, letting him explore, taste, touch, and discover the goodness growing right in our own backyard.

🌿 Have you discovered the beauty of comfrey?

One of our favorite botanical ingredients, comfrey has a long history in traditional herbal skin care.

We incorporate comfrey into several of our products because we love creating simple, plant-based formulations that make the most of what nature provides.

✨ Comfrey Oil Pain Salve
✨ Comfrey Salve
✨ Age-Defying Serum

Different formulations, different ways to enjoy the goodness of botanicals.

We believe what we put ON our bodies deserves just as much thought as what we put IN them. Choosing ingredients thoughtfully matters.

A little more nature. A little less unnecessary stuff. That’s the Happie Coconut way. 🥥🌿

True Colors for my friends!

The colors in Happie Coconut salves are from natural ingredients.

We never add any unnecessary coloring. Some salves vary due to the natural ingredients. Comfrey oils are naturally green 💚but lighten up when mixed with coconut oil 🤍.

Blue Tansy 💙is the type of chamomile we use in our Lights Out Sleep salves and when mixed in with the others in makes a beautiful green 💚.

The orange 🧡 in our Pain Salves comes from turmeric and capsaicin.
(If not in completely rubbed in may cause yellowing 💛on clothing but washes right out)

We also use yellow 💛beeswax as the white beeswax is processed sometimes with bleach and nobody wants that.

I’m happy to say I make every batch myself and only use the best ingredients because that’s what my family and friends all deserve.

🌿 Our bodies are a gift. Let’s treat them that way. 🤎

Even on the days we’re tired, overwhelmed, or just don’t feel motivated, taking care of ourselves still matters.

That means being intentional about what we put in our bodies and what we put on them. From the foods and supplements we choose to the skincare and personal care products we use, the little things add up.

We live in a world full of ingredients worth questioning. Taking the time to read labels, do our research, and make more mindful choices is one way we can show our bodies the care and respect they deserve. 🌱

Our elderberry syrup is made with real, pure ingredients and a whole lot of intention. Because caring for ourselves doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it starts with slowing down, learning more, and choosing a little more thoughtfully.

✨ You only get one body. Nourish it. Protect it. Be intentional with it.

What’s one small thing you’ve changed to live a little more naturally?

And it’s not woo-woo, it’s fact.
🌱
The science behind aromatherapy is fascinating and it’s backed by peer-reviewed research, not just wellness trends.
🌱
Your limbic system. Your serotonin.
Your stress hormones. All influenced by something as simple as breathing in the right environment.
🌱
This Lemongrass blend is one of my favorites as lemongrasses bright, citrusy scent helps freshen air and lift mood. It creates a clean, energizing space and can help clear mental fog

And save this for the next time someone tells you it’s a nice smell only. by @happiecoconut

I get in as many beach days as possible but when I can’t I use topical magnesium spray a couple times a day
Magnesium is great for stress relief, muscle soreness after working out, improving circulation, relieving head tension , joint issues, skin conditions, and much more. by @happiecoconut

I appreciate each and every one of you that have made your very first purchase recently or have been coming back for 10 years 🥰😍😘

Sometimes the universe(internet provider)has other plans for your morning. 🌿🐓🤎

The chickens escaped while I was feeding them, and honestly… I’m not even mad. 😂 With the internet down, my regular 9-to-5 will have to wait. So instead, I’m slowing down, sitting outside, and enjoying a morning I probably wouldn’t have made time for otherwise.

We’ve been planting all around the chicken run with a bigger vision in mind. 🥑🌱 Pomegranates, kalo (taro), spinach, comfrey, passion fruit, and an avocado tree — creating shade and a little food forest that will benefit both our chickens and our family.

More shade, more food, healthier soil, happier chickens, and a little more self-sufficiency every day.

Maybe the best part of building a life closer to nature is learning that not every interruption is a problem. Sometimes it’s an invitation to slow down and enjoy what’s growing right in front of you. 🌱✨

Less rushing. More growing. More living.
Should I share more videos of the little urban farm?
