It’s a true honor to hold space for the deep emotions of others. In a world where vulnerability is often met with judgment, I get to create a safe space for people to express themselves without fear of rejection or misunderstanding.

The trust that individuals place in me to navigate their most painful, joyous, or even confusing emotions is something I don’t take lightly. 🤍

For me, it’s especially meaningful as a Black therapist because I know what it feels like to carry the weight of societal expectations, ancestral trauma, and the complexity of my own identity.

I show up for my clients not just as a professional, but as someone who can relate, who understands the nuances of navigating this world in skin like mine.

There's a few new faces here so I figured I'd re-introduce myself!

Hey y'all, I'm Courtney! 👋🏽 I'm a licensed therapist, content creator, and overall advocate for mental and emotional wellness - both inside and outside the therapy room.

I work with clients navigating trauma, stress, and managing life after personal injury. Together we help them rebuild confidence, clarity, and connection.

If you’re new here, welcome! This page is all about growth, softness, and becoming the healthiest version of yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 🫶🏽🌱

I remember starting my grad program and dreaming about what my office would look like. Now that dream is a reality ✨

Welcome to my office where every little detail speaks to hope and heart. ✨

This is my space to empower, inspire, and change lives — one child, one family, one breakthrough at a time. ❤️

I’m so excited to be facilitating A Couple Minutes: A Confidential Conversation on the Art of Loving at The Gathering Spot Atlanta this Tuesday!

We’re getting into the real stuff: how we give and receive love, communication, attachment, connection, and how we can love people well without losing ourselves in the process.

Whether you’re single, dating, partnered, healing, or somewhere in the “it’s complicated” section of life, come join the conversation. 🥂

✨ I did a thing… and it’s officially live on Amazon! 📖🥳

I created this emotional awareness coloring book because so many kids struggle to name what they're feeling. And when they don’t have the words… they either lash out, or say “I’m fine.”

This book makes emotional wellness fun, visual, and actually enjoyable. Instead of trying to "explain" emotions.... you'll color it, reflect on it, and understand it.

📚 Now available on Amazon!

I'm so blessed to be able to create safe spaces for all people, but particularly Black men, to feel seen and heard. Whether it's an interview on @Happierevryday or an individual therapy session , it's an honor and privilege to have these conversations.

Happy Men's Mental Health Month 🫶🏾🤍
