There's a few new faces here so I figured I'd re-introduce myself!

Hey y'all, I'm Courtney! 👋🏽 I'm a licensed therapist, content creator, and overall advocate for mental and emotional wellness - both inside and outside the therapy room.

I work with clients navigating trauma, stress, and managing life after personal injury. Together we help them rebuild confidence, clarity, and connection.

If you’re new here, welcome! This page is all about growth, softness, and becoming the healthiest version of yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 🫶🏽🌱

Created for good times, great people and the moments you’ll want to keep, Photo Society brings an elevated photo booth experience to weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate events and everything worth celebrating.

Thoughtful details. Beautiful photos. An experience your guests actually want to be part of. ✨

Last week, I had the honor of facilitating a conversation about The Art of Loving at The Gathering Spot, and what a beautiful conversation it turned into ♥️

We explored how we first learn to love, the lessons we carry with us, the relationship we develop with ourselves, and what happens when our definition of love meets someone else’s.

And whew… y’all TALKED. 😂 A full room, honest answers, different perspectives, laughter, reflection, and so much openness.

There’s something really special about creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to have conversations that actually mean something. I left reminded of just how much I love doing this.

Thank you to @notyo_averagejo, @onetake_jeff and @atlgathers @thegatheringspots for trusting me with the room. 🤎 More conversations like this, please. by @cocoalaina

I’m so excited to be facilitating A Couple Minutes: A Confidential Conversation on the Art of Loving at The Gathering Spot Atlanta this Tuesday!

We’re getting into the real stuff: how we give and receive love, communication, attachment, connection, and how we can love people well without losing ourselves in the process.

Whether you’re single, dating, partnered, healing, or somewhere in the “it’s complicated” section of life, come join the conversation. 🥂
