Last week, I had the honor of facilitating a conversation about The Art of Loving at The Gathering Spot, and what a beautiful conversation it turned into ♥️

We explored how we first learn to love, the lessons we carry with us, the relationship we develop with ourselves, and what happens when our definition of love meets someone else’s.

And whew… y’all TALKED. 😂 A full room, honest answers, different perspectives, laughter, reflection, and so much openness.

There’s something really special about creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to have conversations that actually mean something. I left reminded of just how much I love doing this.
