If it resonates DM me “READY” for a free discovery call❤️ by @happiness.trainerrr

Not long ago… she was still doubting herself

working in HR
with a quiet dream of becoming a fashion designer

but that voice kept coming back
“what if i’m not good enough?”

and for a long time… she believed it

until something shifted

she stopped waiting
and finally chose herself

she launched her first collection
started showing up differently
setting boundaries
saying no when it didn’t feel right

and something deeper changed

she stopped shrinking

people used to call her a tailor

now she says it with certainty:
“i’m a fashion designer.”

and then… this happened

an invitation to paris fashion week

not because of luck
but because she moved

because she showed the world she was ready

this is what happens
when you stop holding yourself back
and start stepping into your purpose

if you feel that pull inside you…
maybe it’s time

Text me “Ready” for a Free discovery call 😉

Your breakthrough might be on the other side of your anger😡🔥

Anger doesn’t have to be destructive. When expressed in a safe and healthy way, it can become fuel for transformation, the courage to set boundaries, and the power to finally stand up for yourself❤️‍🔥

You don’t have to keep suppressing your emotions to be liked, loved or accepted.

Sometimes, healing means giving yourself permission to feel what you’ve been holding inside❤️‍🩹

See you in Udara this Sunday!

From 9-to-5 to finding my Purpose💫 and moving to Bali🌴✨

My life has a clear BEFORE and AFTER. And oh, what a journey it took to get here…

Born in undeveloped country, living in -50°C winters. Different countries, different citizenships, jobs I didn’t love and years of searching, learning, investing in myself, and trying to figure out who I really am and what’s my mission..

Until I started finding my Purpose and everything began to change…

Not just my career, but my entire lifestyle🌴Where I live, how I spend my time, the people I meet, the freedom I experience, and how fully I allow to express myself. SOBER :)

I went from trying to fit into a life that looked right to creating one that actually feels like MINE❤️‍🔥

It didn’t happen overnight, and I’m still growing, learning, and creating. But I know this: finding your Purpose can change so much more than your career.

It can change your LIFE, it can give you soooo much fulfillment and overflowing happiness😍🥰🫠🙌🏼

✨ If you’re ready to explore your Purpose, express who you truly are, and create a life that feels more like YOU, DM me PURPOSE 💌

#purpose #bali #beforeandafter #happiness #fulfillment by @happiness.trainerrr

Sometimes your Purpose doesn’t look impressive at first🤷🏻‍♀️

It starts with small steps: and sometimes it looks cringe.
Sometimes nobody understands what you’re doing.
Sometimes you question yourself more than anyone else does.

Do it anyway✊🏼

Create it. Record it! Share it. Dance it. Speak it. Be seen❤️‍🔥

Because you never know who is quietly watching and thinking:

“You inspired me to start”🥹

Don’t wait until it feels perfect.
Manifest your Purpose by embodying it. NOW❤️‍🔥💫

#purpose #journey #soulbusiness #smallsteps #happiness by @happiness.trainerrr

Well… I created it🤩❤️‍🔥

The idea literally came to me as a download, and I had never seen anyone do it quite like this before.

So I trusted it, hosted my first Ecstatic Dance Online and the magic happened✨

People went DEEP.

One person said:
“You brought me back to myself.”

Another realized she had been carrying a childhood belief that she wasn’t allowed to dance because her dad used to forbid it. She cried as she finally gave herself permission to dance, play and have fun🥹

Another shared about learning to accept and feel at home in her body. We released Shame all together🔥

And somehow… there was SO much joy, laughter and play alongside all those deep inner processes.

This is what I love about dance.

It can be fun, wild and deeply healing ❤️‍🩹

And apparently… Ecstatic Dance Online DOES exist now😂💃🏻 wohooo!🥳🥳🙌🏼 anyone wants to join for an English version?🙂
