We’re LIVE🤍👏🏻💝 Today marks more than a new website launch. It marks a new chapter for Happy Brands. What started as a small social media consulting business in 2022 has evolved into a full service marketing partner helping organizations tell their stories, grow their brand, and connect with audiences that matter most. 2022 - happy brands began with Steph doing social media contracting on the side to full time to local businesses. 2023 - happy brands hired its first ever contractor to help shape the collaborative nature of our company. 2024 - a year of tremendous growth. We grew from 5 clients to 25 in a matter of 90 days and only grew from there. We’ve worked with over 100+ companies and brands to date. We grew our team and tripled revenue. Along with growth came a lot of lessons. 2025 - as the business continued to evolve so did our vision. We stepped into more of a strategic partner and marketing leadership rather than just creating social media. End of 2025 - a pivotal moment. Entrepreneurship is not for the weak🙂‍↕️😆 The systems, process and structure that supported the early growth no longer supported our long term vision. So we restructured! We strengthened operations, internal processes, and made some very difficult decisions with our team and clients. And boy did it pay off 🥹🤍 Today, June 1st 2026 we have never been more clear about our companies vision and goals. Happy Brands is no longer a simple social media agency, we are a strategic marketing partner, fractional marketing team, creative growth partner and more. We are a team of story tellers, strategists, creators, and marketers who help organizations build meaningful brands that create lasting impact. To every client, contractor, partner who has been along with us on this journey — THANK YOU! Your role mattered and still matters as we grow and build this company! A lot can change in 4 years. Meet the Founder 🤍 Hi, I’m Steph — Founder & Creative Director of Happy Brands Co. Happy Brands was founded in June 2022 after an unexpected layoff from what I thought was my dream job in fintech marketing. At the time, it felt like a setback. Looking back, it was one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received. For years, I had worked across corporate organizations, startups, agencies, and small businesses, helping brands grow via sales and marketing, telling their stories. But after that layoff, I decided it was time to build something of my own—a company rooted in creativity, strategy, opportunity, and meaningful relationships. I graduated with my business degree in 2014 and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Business and Marketing through LSU. Today, I’m proud to wear many hats: agency owner, podcast host and producer of @theserialoptimist , real estate investor, marketer, storyteller, and perhaps my favorite role of all—mom💙 My journey has been anything but traditional. I’ve moved seven times in ten years, grew up in Maine on a farm, spent a decade in New Hampshire, and now call New York home. Along the way, I’ve built businesses, invested in real estate, worked with incredible brands, and learned that success rarely follows a straight line. Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my fiancée, baby boy, family, loving on animals everywhere I go, dreaming up new ideas, and finding reasons to be optimistic—even when life gets messy or hard. At my core, I believe in good people, good business, and doing the right thing. I believe every brand has a story worth telling. I believe relationships matter more than transactions. And I believe that God has a plan for all of us, even when we can’t see it yet. Happy Brands is also proudly woman-owned, inspired by two of the strongest women I’ve ever known: my mother and grandmother. Both were single moms who taught me that hard work, resilience, and big dreams can take you farther than you ever imagined.
