On Sunday, 28th June, I stepped on stage with UK Elite Physique for my second show of my second bodybuilding season.I competed in Athletic Figure and Women's Physique Debut, and I truly wasn't expecting what happened next...🥇 1st Place – Athletic Figure🥇 1st Place – Women's Physique Debut🏆 Women's Overall Champion💎 Awarded my 3rd Pro Card in my bodybuilding journey.As a natural athlete, it means so much to be seen, appreciated and rewarded for the years of hard work, discipline and dedication. I honestly can't put into words how grateful I am.Although this was a smaller show and the very first event for this new federation, it was filled with amazing people, unforgettable moments and such a welcoming atmosphere.A huge thank you to William for following your dream and creating this federation. Dreams only become reality because people refuse to give up.To your beautiful wife, Katie—thank you for your kindness. You are beautiful inside and out, and I truly enjoyed spending time with you backstage.Thank you to every athlete, judge and member of staff who took the time to speak with me, encourage me and share such kind words. Those moments mean more than you know.To my incredible son, Samuel—thank you for being my why. Every time I step on stage, I carry you with me. Even though it’s Easter Sunday, I still laced up my trainers and headed to the gym. Some might say it’s a holiday and I should rest, but for me, showing up for myself matters more than taking a day off. 💪My fitness journey has definitely been an unusual one. Instead of trying to lose weight, I’ve been working hard to gain it in a healthy way and honestly, it was much harder than I thought it would be! There were days I felt discouraged or like I wasn’t making progress. But now, I can finally see the changes I’ve worked so hard for, and I am so proud of myself. I’m fully embracing every bit of this transformation and feeling better than ever. ❤️Stepping into competitive fitness has been a total game changer for me. It hasn’t just changed my physique it’s changed my whole outlook on life. Through training and competing, I’ve learned to truly accept and appreciate who I am, inside and out. It’s given me confidence, purpose and a community that supports me all the way.Hope my story inspires you to keep going, no matter what your goals are.
