Happy birthday to me 🤍

July 9 also marks 5 years together with my favorite person, and tomorrow we get to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. What a special couple of days.

Thank you for being my forever partner, my biggest supporter, and the one who goes through every season of life with me. I couldn’t ask for anyone better by my side.

Love you always. 🫶🥰

Photos from our honeymoon in Japan and Korea by @happyjo0

Hi again 🤍

I’m Joanne, the planner behind HappyJo Events. For those who are new here, welcome.

I took this portrait during my honeymoon trip to Korea right before wedding season started, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences. I gave myself the time to fully recharge, slow down, and come back feeling inspired before another beautiful season ahead.

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but behind the scenes has been full of beautiful collaborations, creative projects, and of course, taking care of all my wonderful couples getting married this year and next 🤍

I’ve also been working on rebranding HappyJo Events and refining things behind the scenes, which has been such an exciting process. It’s still getting tweaked, but I can’t wait to share more of it with you soon, so stay tuned ✨

So grateful you’re here.

2025 was a year of big emotions and quiet wins.
I got married. I grew. I worked hard. And I finally get to say that I’m doing what I love, working in weddings, in a world that still feels magical to me.

It was so hard to pick just 10 photos. I wanted to sum up our wedding in a few moments, but there were simply too many precious memories. So much happened, but every detail was intentional.

Ending this year thankful, proud, and excited for whatever comes next.

Can’t believe it’s already been 2 months since I said “forever” to my best friend 🥰✨
What an unforgettable day.

One thing I’ll never regret: hiring a content creator. It was so worth it! While I’m still eagerly waiting for my wedding video, I’ve been able to relive the magic from a whole new perspective. Truly one of the best decisions I made.

Thank you @pamkay.love you’re the best 💕 by @happyjo0

Why stop at being the groom when you can also be the DJ? 🔥

One of our favorite moments? The very last song. 🤍

The one where the dance floor feels smaller because everyone’s a little closer. The one where every lyric hits differently. And with the fan favorite “A Sky Full of Stars” as the soundtrack, it’s nothing short of magic. ✨💫
