BEST VALUE Fine Dining menu in KL right NOW! 🙌

As I Am by multi-Michelin-starred Chef Ton just launched their very first lunch menu starting from RM88++ for 3 courses.

BUT I highly recommend going for the 5-Course at RM138++. It’s hands down KL’s best-value fine dining experience right now.😍

Honestly, every course was impeccably executed with finesse, precision and premium ingredients. 💯

With explosive opening bites that instantly impressed, the level of passion and dedication evidenced in every course such as the painstakingly handmade prawn noodles, which took under 10 seconds to finish, premium ingredients in every course (including caviar, crab, wild caught tiger prawn) and a 10/10 dessert that leaves you absolutely satisfied — the quality to price ratio here is unbeatable. 💯

Who would’ve thought a long table of total strangers could end up feeling like an old friends’ reunion by course two? 🤪 🍽️ 🥂

If you know me, you know I live for memorable & delicious dining experiences! 😍 Andddd Chef Stefan Kam (@thedinnerclub.sg) absolutely brought the magic to the #Poolhouse at @grandhyattkualalumpur 🏖️ 👨‍🍳 ✨

Raised in Amsterdam and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Chef Stefan traded white tablecloths for a single, long communal table — where you’d sit down with strangers and leave as friends 🤗 .

And can we talk about the food? 🤤 Grand Hyatt actually has an indoor garden and an urban farm (Weeds & More) growing exclusive produce just for them!

Chef Stefan and Chef Ho Jun Yip turned that secret harvest into a fantastic 10-course tasting menu:

I’ve been wanting to try OKAJU for quite a long time — and I finally went because I found a great deal online! 🥳
