Oke bro pauze, wat een crazy maand was dit...

Na 3 jaar studeren heb ik eindelijk mijn opleiding Music Producer afgerond. Ik ben dankbaar voor alle groei die ik heb mogen doormaken, zowel persoonlijk als muzikaal.
Begin dit jaar kwam ik @smosie_ tegen en ik wist meteen dat ik met hem wilde connecten. Thanks dat je onderdeel wilde zijn van Weg Terug. Ik ben oprecht fan van je muziek en benieuwd waar God ons nog gaat brengen.

Tijdens Opwekking heb ik God opnieuw op een bijzondere manier ervaren. Niet door het festival zelf, maar door de mensen om mij heen. God heeft mij omringd met broers en zussen die Zijn liefde uitstralen en vrucht dragen.

En @rashawn_3rd en @prinsvandestad in het speciaal bedankt voor de kans om op Opwekking te staan performen. Ik had van tevoren niks gepland of gedaan om op te treden maar alsnog krijg ik dit in mijn schoot geworpen! Voor duizenden mensen staan is ook unreal voor iemand zo klein als ik!

I should be good with words as a songwriter but nothing that I say can describe what I've experienced this summer. If you've been tuned in and read my other post then u must know about where I was at this summer. I've just come back from a reunion with all the beautiful people who I went to Panama with and wanted to share something about my experience with all of yall🙌

We've seen just a part of Panama yet it feels like so much. We've shared all of our moments together as a group of close friends, including the children of the school, the teachers, the mothers, the locals, and everyone else who got involved with our project. We stayed at the school and slept in the classrooms to build on the school all day during the week. We built on a new classroom which is almost near finished at this moment, the school has been repainted, an extension of a church had been worked on and the park had received some new paint as well. However this physical and visual building meant a lot to the locals; our mental and emotional building has brought us very close together, to God and has changed me forever. We played with the kids, got taken care of by the mothers, worked together with the locals, we praised God, prayed together and for eachother, have been open to eachother and cried and laughed together. I have opened up about my sins and worries and gave them to Christ. Even without a laptop and FL Studio I still wrote songs and used my God-given talent FOR God and touched the hearts of people in my group which I'm so grateful for. Seeing the happiness that shines through the families living in any circumstances, seeing the beauty of God's creation in nature, being surrounded by brothers and sisters 24/7 and settling for less has led to me feeling so fulfilled by God's love like I never had before. I'm so eternally grateful that God chose them to go on project and chose me to be a part of it as well. I'm so eternally grateful for what God has done to me this summer.

The nr.1 thing that I saw & felt is that happiness and fulfilness can only be found in God. You can't find the true and right happiness if God ain't involved. And that's what I wanna preach!❤️ taken in Peñas Blancas by @happymealan_
