September! A great month for coming back to kicking more!

Got the @RebelFootbag club growing, played with awesome visiting players, and got to go to my first Beaver Open Footbag Festival, the longest running annual footbag event, and I played out in public and in airports a bunch! I think I'm gonna be getting better and better over the next few months! I had too much footage, but you can check out more clips from this month made by the
@enlightener Scott Davidson on his page. Thanks to Ben @randomcrayon Scott and Valeria,
@aaron.orton who I've known for 20 years who visited
(That's a great run of Aaron in the middle with the muscles, sorry I forgot to give you a shout-out in the editing!) @ty_whisler, and the best Footbag Net partner @jaspershults (along eith the whole Beaver footbag family!)

And thanks to Incredible freestyle footbag makers
Derek "ToeKO" Littlefield @mceggbeats,
Loren Dobson @evolutionbymemes,
and glow bag extraodinaire @zach4thlife !
So grateful! by @happyomananda

Throwback to a fall open mic moment. Even when I'm not feeling this song I love to sing it. But I really enjoyed singing it last night to @unsolicited_dog_pics_ .

So glad I get to be a birthday presence in your life ❤️ by @happyomananda

Hey Las Vegas! I'm coming to sing and dance!

I'll be at the kirtan at Blue Sky Yoga Wed 1/17 and I'll be teaching contact improv before the ecstatic dance on the 1/18! Also could use a couple more thai massage clients!

Little New Year's freestyle... Nothing planned and voice not warmed up but I never share music on Instagram really more than stories, I'm going to change that this year. I'm going to share a lot more of myself, because if you don't share who you are, the world's going to write your script for you. Well here's to self-expression and sharing more than ever before. Happy 2024 😸🎉 by @happyomananda

Today is a really special day I've been waiting for for a long time. It has to do with part of my life I've never been connected to really but has one magical memory connected to this sticker that still comes with me on my journey.

Hoping for magic 🪄

Woohoo Free Hugs! I've been carrying around the signs in my car for so long, and I was so happy to see these two girls pop up today while we were out in town with their signs ready to do their first free hugs. I hadn't done it in years. A fun new beginning! Hope to do it more often and help people heal from pandemic distance wounds.

Good job @tater.tot.t and @aiyahna.aaa ! Keep shinin!
