I had a blast doing Jentober 2026! I didn't get every prompt done, but that's ok. I may get to them eventually, or not. I love how Jenny Manno makes the process flexible and no pressure. This year was the first time I didn't stress over what I would draw each day. Having the creative tips helped a lot. I really enjoyed seeing all the wonderful art created in this group. We rock!! #jentober2026 by @happyrn_art

#jentober2026 prompt 16: The Royal Bird. The Crow. I created a royal family crest inspired by Imagery from the movie "The Crow" when the guy sets fire to the crow symbol. My favorite scene from that movie. Mediums: White gesso to prime the page, then black gesso applied with a pallet knife for texture and character. Everything else was painted with acrylic paint. White gel pen. @nextjenerationart by @happyrn_art

#jentober2026 prompt #15: The Magic Mirror. This mirror has Michael Jackson reaching out of it. The title is Do You "Remember the Time" when the "Man in the Mirror" invited us to "A Place Without A Name?" (The phrases in quotation are titles of Michael Jackson songs 😃)
My creative side might be having too much fun. 😂😂
Media used: colored pencils, acrylic markers and gel pen.
