📍 Totoya

Federal holidays mean I get to eat lunch with my favorite human being in the world?! Guess who. Anyways, totoya tip from me - mix your wasabi in the egg/soy sauce combo. Fire esp if you love wasabi like me 🤨 by @happyyummybites

📍 Pho n Grindz Kailua

⭐️: 100000/10

The old hot pot heaven owners transitioned their shop into the most delicious pho restaurant!!! They took their famous Thai broth and created their version of a bún riêu bowl!!! We got it EXTRA spicy and EXTRA sour of course (to which it delivered 🥵)! Not only was it delicious its portion size was HUGE and the amount of seafood in it is well worth the drive over from town.

They also had their famous housemade mochi dumpling 😭 as an appetizer!!! Not pictured but we also tried new items like their gau gee and spring rolls which ugh! Delicious!

If I could have a super power I’d want the power to teleport just so I could have this bowl everyday 🤨😮‍💨🪽🤯 by @happyyummybites

📍 Hot Pot Heaven

Hot pot heaven officially closes today 🥲🥲

I’m so emo! LOOL I’m being dramatic but this Thai broth has been my comfort meal throughout sm phases of my life. The tobiko balls, mochi dumplings and shrimp shu mai will be so missed. I’m glad my last thai broth was extra sour and extra spicy 🌶️🥵

The owners plan to transition it into a pho resturant and will have a pho using the Thai broth! The owner let us sample one of their new appetizers and … lemme just say YUM we’ll be back for sure. by @happyyummybites

📍 Oceanside Bakery

Per @kikithewhale recommendation 😜 we randomly found them at the farmers market today!! And their cinnamon rolls were delicious, we actually really liked their crème brûlée cinnamon roll a little more just bc it had more frosting hahaha but sooo good by @happyyummybites
