Fried chicken Friday!
Double buttermilk fried chicken thigh dunked in scotch bonnet butter sauce on a @gabrielsbakery bun with pepper aioli and pickles. Kinda like a Nashville hot but with our scotch bonnet hot sauce. Not crazy spicy but if you ask we can make it very spicy lol. Don’t have a crazy amount of these so come for lunch.

Ribs, Coppa steaks on special tomorrow as well plus full bbq menu. Open at noon! Cluck cluck by @har.bq.pdx

Burger Sunday! House ground smoked brisket burgers today on special plus a full bbq menu. 6.5oz prime brisket trim patty with house pickles, carmy onions, burger sauce on a @gabrielsbakery bun! Limited number of these today compared to first friday burger numbers.

Full menu includes
Turkey breast w/cajun butter
Pork belly burnt ends
Pork shoulder
Chicken thighs
Pork spare ribs (full racks available)
Green Thai curry smoked sausage

BADA BING!
Big Friday menu! First friday smoked burgers and everything else!

Bada bing burger on special. Same smoked 6.5oz brisket patty with hang belly bacon, pickles and our world famous bada bing sauce.

I don’t actually know what bada bing sauce is but ours today is a charred jimmy/scotch bonnet aioli. It’s tangy!

Full menu as well, ask for the pork jowl chicharron! Only have a couple but I’m very excited about them.

NO BEEF CHEEK THIS WEEKEND THEY ON BACK ORDER
