One year ago I gave my life to Jesus. It's the best decision I ever made. I still struggle and fail every day to be the man God has called me to be. I'll never stop trying to answer that call. I've grown so much but still have a long way to go. I'm forever grateful for the men in my life who tell me the truth. Jesus is King. by @harambess
The best way I can describe yesterday's meet is "humbling." @big_john522 reminded me that I'm supposed to be dead and changed my whole perspective. I shouldn't even be here. If I didn't get clean 12 years ago, best case scenario, I'd be in prison. So, not lifting as much weight as I wanted to yesterday ain't so bad. 937 Squat 523.6 Bench Press 705.5 Deadlift 2,166.1 Total at 277 BW As always. I couldn't be it with my family. I love you all. @ipa.wv.powerlifting put on a great meet. Well ran. Spotters were exceptional and kept everyone safe all day. I'll definitely be doing this meet again next year. @the.real.combess.barbell @mrs.harambess @juicebox_harber @tomkeenrules @jmstanley73 @zachgomezlifts @coltspowerlifting @dblalock61 @shanrobbins24 @powerlifting.pinup.grrrl #powerlifting #powerlifter ##multiplypowerlifting #conjugate #lifting #hypertrophy #muscle #squat #bench #deadlift #dynamiceffort #maxeffort #fitness #gym #strength #strong #strengthtraining #kentucky #countrystrong by @harambess
This meet was awesome. Everyone had a blast. The atmosphere was electric all day. It was the most fun I've had competing in a long time. Everything went well for me except my deadlifts, but I PR'd my Squat, Bench, and Total. So, I'm good. S- 804.9 B- 407.9 D- 606.3 T- 1,818.9 Highest Squat and Total in the meet. @mrs.harambess is the best knee wrapper in the game. @coltspowerlifting @baby_doylelifts @michaeloberschlake @d_blalock32 @alania.henderson @wrpf_ky @dadbod220 @jnjpowerlifting by @harambess
