Very fluffy right now —> abs are hanging on for dear life + my face is the fattest it has been in so long. Gonna keep pushing food for ~6 more weeks and then get to a point where I look presentable at the beach and go from there

Keep bulking through summer & get huge or get lean and lose the fat face and have my clothes fit again? by @haran.fit

Currently at 210lbs - lost 5lbs from being sick for 2 weeks and finally getting back into the routine. Gonna keep pushing, shooting for 230-240lbs by the end of this bulk by @haran.fit

3->2->1.5->1 year ago. No one is going to do the work for you. Looking back it’s crazy how far hard work and dedication gets you. I went from 120lbs to now 195lbs. This is just the beginning by @haran.fit
