How Emotionally Intelligent is your Organisation?

Is your organisation Self Aware? - Your core values are not what is merely pasted on walls in your office. Core values are felt from a first time interaction with the lowest ranking staff at the gate. Core values are seen and felt in the culture of each staff and how they communicate with each other. You don't need literacy to read the culture of a Company...

Is your organisation Self Regulated? - Do you often find your team scampering for answers and direction in the face of a disruptive external trigger from a competitor or a new player in the industry? How prepared are you for an unexpected public blow back? Are you able to leverage the situation to your advantage?

Is your organisation Socially Aware? Is your organisation able to speak to the sentiments of its target audience, and curating loyal attention while at it? Being socially aware gives you perspective on what might be relevant in a season but insensitive in the next.
