Started with a dream, became a lifestyle!
I am a changed person, though not on this day… this day was a celebration of that new me.
The change is the 3 year journey I took to get here.
Basking in the glory here for sometime.
Then we’ll find a new destination.
Coz that’s what this is about… growth, learning and living to the fullest in this human body 😇

I love you @sumanasethuraman 🥰

Thank you @wolfpackathletics_coaching for being not only a triathlon coach, but a life coach. You taught us how much this sport (and life in general) is about the mind, about awareness. You inspire always ✨🙏

Also big congratulations to @guruprao and @ashokypingle who completed the Ironman with me! 🐺🐺🐺
Thanks to the entire Wolfpack for the support. Coz this would not have been possible without this support system.
@kohinoordarda @rutuja.achalare for coming all the way for cheering … and especially Rutuja for pushing me through the third loop of the run 🤗
And everyone else in the Wolfpack family back home supporting ♥️

Though I was the one doing the swim, bike and run… the real Ironman are my family people who supported me through this 😘

Thank you! 🙏

From the mesmerising myths of the creation of this world & the constant seeking of balance, from the early hunter gatherer period to the onset of civilisation, as we shifted our focus to mathematics this year, we contemplated the need for measurement when human beings began to live in settlements. The first set of measurements ever used (the imperial units) came from the human body. After measuring lengths & distances with our thumb, arms & feet, and discovering the magic of body symmetry, we naturally arrived at the need for standardisation. We discovered ‘The Inch’ as it came about in history & from the standard inch came the standard yard, foot & mile.
And just a few 100 years ago, when human beings succeeded in measuring the distance from the centre of the earth’s surface to the North Pole & divided that length into 10000000 parts, each part was a size close to about a yard. This was called the metre. From the metre came the kilometre, centimetre & millimetre to measure large & minuscule lengths. We made our own metre scales .
To fathom the number 10000000 we counted up to it starting in 10s, then 100s, then 1000s, then 10000s, then a 100000 (hundred thousands, which we call a lakh) , 10 lakhs and finally a 100 lakhs that we call a crore. These numbers also turned into shapes for us with One being a dot, 10 being a string of dots that turns into a line, 100-a bundle of 10 lines that makes a square, 1000-a bundle of 10 squares that makes a cube, 10000-a stack of 10 cubes which we decided to call a Pillar , 100000-a row of 10 pillars which we decided to call a Wall, 1000000-made of 10 walls one behind the other that makes a huge Block, and finally 10000000 which is a stack of 10 blocks which we decided to call a Building!
These major heady accomplishments in numbers was then complimented with a km long measurement exercise using the metre scales. The children placed their metre scales a 1000 times on the road, carefully measuring every metre until they covered a km. Why do this? Simply to fathom a km with the head, heart and hands! They’ll never forget this experience. How far do I go to cover a km? They can sort of begin to estimate now 😄#homeschooling by @hardikv

Maza aaya @ironmanindanang 🔥

Learnings:
1. Less training = bad. Body lets go. Consistency = good.
2. I can still swim.
3. First time on TT bike - very good. Can go fast.
4. Run still shit. Need to train more. Loose weight.
5. Overall having fun and gratitude matters.

Thank you @wolfpackathletics_coaching for consistently guiding in the right path. Everyday training with you is a life lesson 🐺🐺🙏🙏

Cheers to the Wolfpack family - you encourage, I like. 😁

Love you @sumanasethuraman ❤️ Without you, me not Ironman, me dead man. 😘
