There’s just something about an old-school Honda being driven the way it was meant to be. ❤️‍🔥🏁 Lightweight chassis, screaming K-series, manual transmission, and a road that refuses to stay straight this is why we love Hondas.

The EP3 Civic Si deserves more respect than it gets:

🔴 2002–2005 US-spec EP3 Si models came with the 2.0L K20A3 i-VTEC engine making 160 hp one of the cars that helped introduce the K-series era to American Honda enthusiasts.

⚪ The EP3 was built in Swindon, England, giving the US market one of the most uniquely European-feeling Civic Si generations.

🔴 And of course, that unmistakable dash-mounted 5-speed shifter. Weird at first glance. Awesome once you actually drive one.

What makes a car like this so much fun isn't massive horsepower. It's the combination.

🏎️ At roughly 2,700 lbs, the EP3 is light enough that every suspension, brake and tire upgrade can noticeably change how the car behaves.

🏎️ A properly set-up suspension and alignment lets you carry considerably more speed through a corner — especially on a lightweight FWD Honda where maintaining momentum is everything.

🏎️ Add a responsive, high-revving Honda engine and a genuinely good set of performance tires and suddenly 160 hp becomes a LOT more entertaining than the number suggests. Keep it in the powerband, trust the chassis, and send it.
