S & B
You are one whole year into married life and I wish you a million more years of supporting each other, adventuring and being silly!

I hope today you’re reliving everything - how’s the home video?! Every part of your day was magic, the music, the games, the flowers but mostly you two and all of your family and friends!

Time to reminisce for a moment over @mirl.and.co stunning photography! Have the best day you two xxx

Tastings in full flow - the downtime is limited as we head into a few weeks of tastings.
.
When we do a tasting it’s normally focused around canapés and the main meal (to start with). These are the focal points of your days menu and other courses can be built around those, based on flavours and also thinking about how your guests will feel and what will work well - for example keeping the energy up so they can hit the dance floor!
.
It’s not just the food on the plate - we think about the whole day, the flow. taken in Hardy's Events & Catering by @hardyscatering

HERO shops ❤️ in a catering biz you sometimes need a big wholesaler! That’s just the nature of the beast. But where possible we shop locally and have done since we started our business in 2014. These two stores have been through it all with us!

You CAN NOT do anything about the weather. Contingency, plan A, B, C….we help you make those decisions, because we know what we are doing. We have seen multiple weathers in the space of hours, let alone days! So trust that we only ever have your best interests at heart - we aren’t up selling or trying to get another tipi rental from a client. It’s about making things smooooooooothhhhhh ✨ and everyone being comfortable 😊. We are here to help ✨
.
But ultimately, you gotta be up for it, roll with it and embrace the moments 🌿🌿because they are magical ✨ taken in Merseyside by @hardyscatering

A BTS of an epic few days last week…
The build, the set up, the table settings, the pre-arrival downpour 😱, the guests arrival, drinks reception and canapés, the first dance, R&J sing along, the night time sky, the next morning, the derig starts, the tipis come down and the site clear. PHEW!
.
It takes AN ARMY 💪. We could not do it without our incredible BEST TEAM EVER ❤️. You are all f*in AMAZING.
.
@rhiagould and @joshb3399 thank you for asking us to be part of your epic day. 💖
.
And thank you to this army who helped make this day what it was!

Happy wedding anniversary Becky and Ben!

I hope the sun is shining for you today just as it was last year on your wedding day. Even during an August heatwave, your day was beautiful and filled with heartfelt moments, surrounded by all your loved ones. Your day was special to me in more ways than one, and yes I did shed a tear listening to your vows!

Thank you for trusting me to pull everything together for you in just 3 months. Your flowers, music, catering and entertainment all came together exactly as we'd hoped, and I loved every minute of planning it with you both.

Wishing you a lifetime of happy memories together.
