REVIEW:

I have seen such a wide range of reviews for this book, so I had an open mind going into this. My verdict? I actually liked this a lot. I was worried at first because this is only the second dark romance book I have ever read and never know what would be considered too much for me. Yes, this book is DARK so please read the trigger warnings and remember to put your mental health first. I absolutely love killian and Glyndon, they are two halves of a whole despite being complete opposites. This book was exciting, thrilling, dark AND actually shocked me at the end! I usually always see plot twists coming a mile away but this? I was totally caught off guard. I am so excited to continue the series!

REVIEW:
This was my first time reading a bully romance and I was nervous to read it. I actually really enjoyed this book and the story line itself kept me engaged with the book all throughout. I also will say, I struggle with beginnings of books but his one pulled me right in. I do want to highlight that @desireeketchum and @corvin.king did an EXCELLENT JOB at bringing this book to life. Corvin is literally a PERFECT FIT for Felix and Desiree was exactly how I pictured Penelope would sound. I really do think these two voice actors made me like the book that much more 👏🏻👏🏻
My one *meh* point is that none of the plot twists really caught me off guard, but I have yet to find a book that has caught me off guard - maybe I’m just a tough one to surprise- probably because I analyze and think too much 😂😂
Overall, really liked this book and excited to read more by @clarissa.wild !
