Olly Ginelli’s journey definitely hasn’t followed the conventional route.

And that’s exactly why I wanted him on Live The Dream.

Why do we keep creating stuff our clients don't actually need?

We have the knowledge. The frameworks, the workbooks, the hours of group and individual sessions. Yet clients still get stuck in the same places, asking the same questions, unless we're there ourselves to explain it.

So what we do? We build more. Another module. Another worksheet. Another course, walking through it slower this time.

But this rarely works, because all of these resources assume you already know the core of the problem you're having. That's usually the part your clients usually don't have.

More explaining isn't more understanding.

Such a lovely evening at Chrissy Moore Art Advisory’s private exhibition at @binghatti London in Knightsbridge.

What I really enjoyed was seeing art, property, design, business and collectors all come together in one room. It felt personal, relaxed and full of great conversations.

A lot of work clearly went into bringing the whole thing together, so it was brilliant to see Chrissy, Andrew and the artists have their moment.

Really enjoyed this one.
