All praise and glory to Your name. When I first arrived on the hill, You weren’t even a part of me yet. I wasn’t a believer, but now I see how You worked everything out for my greater good. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) Thank You for Your strength and sovereignty over my life and plans. Continue to guide my feet and keep me. I love You more than anything.

To The Hill,

Today, a milestone is made—I have gone from undergraduate MaHari to now alumni MaHari. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms. Before I arrived, I was lost, and my heart was broken in so many ways. But here, I found a home away from home, a place that gave me the space to flourish. From endless resources to unforgettable opportunities, I wouldn’t want to be anything other than a Bulldog. Long Live Thy Fame 🤍

To My Village,

Through everything, you all show up and show out. Thank you for your endless support and encouragement over these past four years. To my friends who became family, thank you for loving me like you’ve known me my whole life. Through all my crazy rants and crashouts, you never switched up—and that’s why we’re locked in now.

To My Heart, My Superhero, Mr. Make-It-Shake, My Twin,

Things didn’t always go as expected, but that never stopped you. From the day I told you I wanted to go to college, you told me I would do it. Without you, so many things would not have happened. Thank you for every late-night call, every wish granted, and your endless unconditional love. I love you so much, Daddy. Despite the circumstances, you never cease to amaze me, always giving me everything I dream of and more. My heart in human form. Forever grateful.

Glory to my Heavenly Father 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

When I first arrived at my now alma mater, I was a Fashion Design major—uncertain about my future, and truthfully, God wasn’t even part of my life yet. But even in my disbelief, He kept me. I thank Him for covering me even when I didn’t know I needed it.

Throughout these four years, I’ve faced heartbreak, depression, and even survived suicidal thoughts. But like His word promises:
“Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to Him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.” – Ephesians 3:20-21

I’ve always been ambitious—a true go-getter—but even I couldn’t have imagined this:
I’m honored to announce that I’ve accepted a full-time position at AT&T as a Full Stack Web Developer beginning this summer in Dallas Texas.

Thank you, Lord, for using every connection, every encounter—starting with my first recruiter at AT&T—to show me how intentional You are. You truly make no mistakes.

I’m just a girl from the 773 who made something of herself by the grace of God.
Thank you to AAMU’s Career Development Services for the career fairs and endless preparation.
I am the embodiment of His grace and our motto: Start Here. Go Anywhere.

Glory to God. Attending an HBCU has always been the vision—and in just 8 days, that dream will become a reality. I am honored to share that I will be graduating from THE Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. Words can’t express how grateful I am to see this moment.

On May 9th, 2025 at 3 PM, this chapter of my journey will close—and a new one will begin.
