I thought it was probably time I introduced myself properly.

I’m Kerry, I’m 51, I’m a mum of two daughters, and I’m the founder of Harmonic Haven.

Opening a wellbeing studio is completely new to me, so most of what has been happening over the past year, and what you’ve seen so far has been me trying to work it all out as I go — landlords, properties riddled with mould, builders, furniture, lighting, booking systems, shipping forms, delays, missing crates and quite a lot of things I never imagined I’d need to know.

It has not all gone smoothly, as you may have noticed, but I’m still here and Harmonic Haven is slowly coming together.

Harmonic Haven has grown out of my own experiences, my fascination with the body, and wanting to create the kind of place I know I would have needed at different points in my own life.

I don’t think we always need another thing to fix about ourselves.

Sometimes we need somewhere we can stop for a while. Somewhere we don’t have to perform, explain ourselves or hold everything together.

That’s what I want the studio to be.

There will be the Harmonic Egg, fascia release, somatic sessions, classes, practitioners and community groups, but more than anything I want it to feel warm, welcoming and human.

I’m not polished, I don’t have every part of me or this worked out, and I’m definitely always learning as I go.

But I care deeply about what I’m creating, and I want Harmonic Haven to become a space where all sorts of people feel comfortable walking through the door.

So that’s me.

What’s something that makes you feel most like yourself?

A little video created by @harmonicegg explaining how the Harmonic Egg works.

Gail Lynn is a technically minded women who questions everything. She had lived with debilitating health problems for years and wasn’t convinced when she first tried the “light box”. But after noticing significant changes, she knew there was something in it. That experience set her on the path that would eventually lead to creating the Harmonic Egg.

And now the Harmonic Egg is making its way to Hastings… coming soon!!Fingers crossed. Actually, everything crossed at this point! 😂 by @harmonic_egg_hastings_

Meet Pink Haired Potter @lizziewizz66, who’ll be joining us for our open day 🤍

She makes these beautiful ceramics herself, from start to finish. Some heartfelt, some funny and sweary… which, as you know, I do love 😂 Come and see what she’s bringing!

Meet Sarah, aka @sassypantsahoy, who’s joining us for our open day 💗 She turns the weird and wonderful ideas in her head into cheeky cards, quirky jewellery, colourful prints and other random nonsense that nobody asked for but brings people joy anyway 😂 A bit sweary, a bit cheeky… right up my street!

FROM A SINGLE CIRCLE TO THE INFINITE COMPLEXITY OF SACRED GEOMETRY. ✨

What begins as a simple circle gradually unfolds into an extraordinary universe of interconnected patterns, symmetry and mathematical beauty.

Created entirely in Photoshop, this series explores the visual evolution of sacred geometry — from the meeting of circles and the emergence of the Flower of Life to the intricate structures of Metatron’s Cube, star tetrahedrons and other fascinating geometric forms.

Each stage reveals another layer of complexity, as simple shapes combine to create patterns that seem to echo the underlying order of nature itself.

Look closely and follow the journey from the first circle to the final intricate designs. Every intersection, every line and every repeating form contributes to a greater whole.

For me, sacred geometry is an ongoing exploration of the relationship between art, mathematics, nature and the patterns that connect them all.

These aren’t AI-generated images. They are my own digital creations, developed through experimentation, drawing and careful construction in Photoshop.

Which stage fascinates you most — the simplicity of the original circle, the emergence of the Flower of Life, or the extraordinary complexity of the final geometric forms?

Zoom in, explore the details, and let me know what you discover.

The lovely @samraknots is joining us for our open day 🤍 She learnt macramé from her mum and still makes every piece herself, with so much care for the little details. From jewellery and gifts to beautiful pieces for your home—including the ones she made for the studio! So yes, I’m already a fan 😊

Hello lovely souls, how are you all?

I’ve decided to take a week off. Yes, it’s not long until the opening, and yes, there are still a few issues with the booking system and things that aren’t completely set up…

But after the last 6–8 months of setting this up and getting the Egg here, I’ve noticed it’s getting much harder to regulate myself. When I’m sobbing down the phone to a friend because I can’t access a password, and the tiniest thing feels enormous, I think it’s time to take a break.

I want to look after myself, for me, for Sophia and for everyone who’ll be coming to the space. You know, “fill your own cup first” and all that jazz.

This is a dream of mine, and at the same time, it’s been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I need help…. (which I’m learning to ask for!) So, I now have an amazing woman helping me. @rabbiyariazkhan , thank you so much!!!!

And thank you to my lovely friends and everyone who’s listened, checked in and supported me through all of this. It means more than you know 💗

I am in total awe of anyone who has started a business on their own - actually anyone with their own business. You are truly amazing.

A week to rest, switch off and let someone else look after me for a bit. So that I’ll be back feeling a little more bright and breezy, and a little less defeated by a password!

The next two slides sum up where I’m currently at… at least I haven’t lost my sense of humour 😂🤪

I’m so looking forward to welcoming you all on 25th October, 11am–4pm. Until then, I’m taking my own advice and having a breather 💗 by @harmonic_egg_hastings_
