How do you experience grief as a mission driven CEO?

I made this video about 7 months ago, I was grieving the transition of my business, my grandmother transitioning, being apart of multiple masterminds and parts of myself.

I experience grief a lot as a CEO…

- I experience grief when I post content that I love that doesn’t get the engagement I assumed it should.
- I experience grief when I pitch a client that I knew I “should’ve” landed but didn’t
- I experience grief when my clients contracts are over
- I experience grief around the learning curve being that I am the first generation business owner
- I experience grief when I try to align with partners who don’t have the same synergy
- I experience grief when it comes to pricing my services

I experience grief daily when it comes to being a business owner and I’m so grateful for the lessons of my grief that makes me stronger every day to choose to serve.

Grief work has been such a grounding source as I build my businesses.

Our sister organization @wholelisticwell is hosting a 7 - part grief series for folks to support them in their relationship with grief.

This series is so powerful for CEOs because we face rejection almost daily. Grief works allows us to continue to serve and hold space for our community while prioritizing our wellbeing.

We deserve.
