During a monochord sound session, the continuous stream of rich harmonic overtones rapidly shifts the brain into a deep theta state.

My client felt the stress and tension melt away feeling lighter, rejuvenated and more balanced.

It's moments like this that make my heart sing, creating a safe space for deep relaxation in a nurturing environment.

Namaste beautiful souls.

I am taking some time off and will be back soon. Thank you for your understanding. by @harmonisoundhealing

Gently strumming my monolina monochord as the most soothing drone frequencies wash away the everyday noise, resetting the nervous system.

It was wonderful to know my client felt completely relaxed and calm feeling lighter with more clarity.

Thank you for trusting me.

These are the moments where I count my blessings and say thank you.

Lana needed support to calm her nervous system. Sharing a monochord sound healing to create some peace and harmony in her life was truly heartening.

The rich and overtones of my monolina helped her to move deeper into meditation to relax her mind and body through frequency and vibration.

Thank You Lana for your kind words and I look forward to sharing another sound journey with you and hopefully your husband.

My connection to sound began as a little girl immersed in the eclectic records my parents played every day - spanning Balkan, Mexican Asian, African, pop, classical and country music. I resonated deeply with the rich harmonies that filled my heart with joy, singing and dancing along to the beat.

Bush walking in nature added another layer to my love for sound. My deep love for animals led me to buy my first CD, whale songs, where I felt a sense of calm every time I listened to these majestic creatures.

Years later I heard the rhythmic tones of Tibetan singing bowls and began my meditation. In 2012 at Crystal Castle I immersed myself into crystal singing bowls for the first time feeling a sense of instant alignment and how frequency and vibration can help shift mindsets and calm the nervous system.

I was ready to deepen my practice and so began the journey into regular Kriya Yoga breathwork classes followed by a Sound Healing facilitator course and Monochord practitioner course.

I hold deep gratitude to all my teachers Seriya and Matty @soundhealingaustralia, Helen @theyoginiacademy and Rossana @harmonicspace.au.

Integrating these tools has allowed me to cultivate a balanced, peaceful life free from stress.

I wholeheartedly embody this work and it is a privilege to share these transformative modalities to enrich the lives of others.

It takes only a moment to pause, drop into stillness, and make every breath count.

I'm back home on the Gold Coast after spending time in Katoomba.

Playing my monocord in the heart of the Blue Mountains NSW was a deeply transformative experience.

Wrapped in the ancient energy of the sandstone cliffs and the fresh eucalyptus scented air, the vibrations of the instrument weaved seamlessly into the landscape.

Every note resonated through the rock, grounding me. I felt a profound connection to our beautiful Mother Earth - a powerful reminder of nature's quiet majesty and our place within it.

As I played a stream of international tourists paused mid-stride, captivated by the ethereal tones, many who stayed to listen sharing their experience.

Wandering through the charming town, I browsed quirky shops, warmed up with delicious Tibetan momo soup and pizza, and a beautiful crystal sound session from Susie The Crystal and Sound Academy.

Feeling fully replenished by the cleansing magic of Mother Earth. by @harmonisoundhealing

Holding space at @zenoneretreat in Mt Tamborine for this wonderful group during our sound healing session was pure magic.

As crystal singing bowls and other harmonic instruments filled the room, inviting deep relaxation and energetic alignment whilst the vibrations weaved their magic creating a sense pf peace and harmony.

Thank you to everyone who joined and to Lihua from Zen One Retreat for providing this beautiful space. My heart is full. by @harmonisoundhealing
