What a special moment celebrating the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of YoYo in Coral Gables!

It was wonderful to see our community come together to welcome this beautiful new space, with the presence of Mayor Vince Lago, the Vice Mayor of Coral Gables, and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.

A heartfelt thank you to the City of Coral Gables for recognizing and supporting local entrepreneurship and the women whose vision, courage, and dedication help our community flourish.

Because a women-owned business is so much more than a business. It is a dream brought to life, an opportunity to create meaningful connections, and a contribution to the community it serves.

When 13 years ago, Artur came to life, I almost lost mine. It was 5 a.m. I remember the panic around me. I could feel it. And yet, my smile didn’t dim for a second.

Deep inside, I knew that this was simply a force of nature coming into my life, changing it forever.

And he did.

Artur brought me even more deeply onto the path I am on today. Those who know me know the story, and know how much of who I am today was shaped by his arrival into my life.

Forever grateful for this incredible creature who chose me as his mother.

We called him Artur after Arcturus (the Arctic Pole Star) the star the ancient Greeks would look for in the sky at this time of year.

Artur is our star. A light that has illuminated our lives and our path from the moment he came into this world.

To me, fall has always been a season of surrender.

A season that reminds us that letting go is not losing. Just like the trees, we release what has completed its cycle, what no longer belongs, what we no longer need to carry.

And that’s how we make space.

Space to listen.
Space to meet ourselves.
Space for life to move through us instead of getting stuck within us.

This is the intention behind the spaces I hold.

An invitation to silence the noise of the outside world for a moment, to come back into presence, to meet yourself exactly where you are, and to honor all that you have become so far and create enough space for new possibilities to emerge.

This fall, I invite you to practice surrender with me.

Under the Harvest Full Moon, we gathered by the ocean to pause, let go, and turn inward.

A time to listen to our inner wisdom, trust our intuition, open our hearts, and give space to the parts of ourselves that don’t always feel seen or heard.

Together, we sent love and light to ourselves, to humanity, to Mother Earth, and to all living beings, aligning with the rhythm of the Moon and the Earth.

I might be a little tired today, but my heart is filled with immense joy. ❤️

So many faces, stories, breaths, hearts this past week.

And if there is one thing I feel grateful to keep reminding each of you, it is this: there is so much wisdom already within us.

Sometimes we simply need to quiet the noise long enough to hear it.

To come back inward.
To listen to the heart.
To trust that quiet voice beneath all the others.

Maybe the work isn’t always about becoming something more.

✨ The Sky shows us the Way.
The Full Moon circle at Fairchild last night was one of those moments I cherish the most.

This is how I love holding space: in nature, under an open sky, facilitating that deeper connection back to ourselves, to one another, and to the Earth beneath us.

Breathing in the life around us. Feeling our own heartbeat and, somehow, the deeper rhythm of the Earth. Looking up at a vast, starry sky that reminds us of how much possibility exists beyond the limits we place around ourselves.

And then something beautiful happens.

We step out of our roles. The armor softens. The protections begin to melt.

And for a moment, I feel as though I have only hearts in front of me.

There is something so ancient, and so potent, about gathering this way.

I’m deeply grateful to Fairchild for continuing to give me the opportunity to teach and create these spaces in such an extraordinary place, and to every person who showed up last night and brought their presence, their energy, and their heart to make the night what it became. 🌕🌸
