Looking for a quick & easy summer salad that takes less than five minutes? All you need is one of our fresh fennel bulbs, a couple tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice, and a pinch of salt… voilà! Let the fennel macerate in lemon juice for a minute or two before adding the salt and olive oil. If you want to have more of a lemon flavor you can also add some lemon zest. This salad is simple, bright, and delicious 🤤 by @harmonyridgefarms

These deliveries went out on 5/13 to H.O.P.E. of W-S, Christ’s Beloved Ministries, and Storehouse for Jesus in Mocksville. We have the privilege of making runs like this almost every week from spring through fall, made possible in large part through our Farm Fresh NOURISH! and H.O.P.E. Outreach programs.In 2025 we distributed over 35,000 lbs of produce to families in our community, and that number is on track to reach 40,000 this year.
