PRE WED SESH AT @passenger.tattoo

A&H had the awesome idea of getting matching tattz for their pre wedding session, and of course, we fell in love with the idea.

Have a little taster of what fun we had today 🤘🏻

Thanks @rhi.draws & @sammurphytattoo for having us ❤️‍🔥

Life lately 💜

Took a break from the noise for a while but proud to say I’ve been working as Lead Creative for @anytimefitnessuk for the past 6 months.

New team and a fresh set of challenges setting the creative direction for more than 185 Gyms in the UK alone.
Loads of work going on behind the scenes and I’m excited to see it start to come to life soon.

Thanks to @katykfc & @tcd1982 for the faith.

Let’s get to work 🛠️ by @harrison35mm

👀 Don’t Look Back

Training changes lives, it changed mine.

As I’ve reflected on this chapter finally closing; I can say for certain that I have changed profoundly both professionally and personally over the last 3 years.

Not least building a family & becoming a father, twice, while evolving from content creation to creative direction (well I guess this is growing up).

To all the hardworking colleagues, athletes and members I’ve gotten to work and sweat with along the way, it’s been an honour to be a part of this community and help build a legacy that will live on in all of us. To those that taught me and supported me throughout, I’m proud of all we achieved & hope to stay in each other’s corners.

The story is still being written but I’m excited to keep turning the pages.

My only regret; I never did nail down my double unders 😅

In life, the only constant is change 🌊

Over the past two and a bit years I’ve been lucky enough to get to work with @sarasigmunds - an inspiration to me and countless others with her hard work determination and positive outlook on training and the world.

It’s been an honour 🫡

Always #TeamSARA, always #TeamWIT
