Leadership is more than skill or production. People watch how you speak, how you behave, and how you treat the people around you. That is the shadow you cast.

Throughout my career, I have been influenced by mentors who led with their character.

I watched how they treated their families, how they supported their teams, how they showed up in their communities, and how they stayed consistent even when no one was looking. Those examples shaped the type of leader I work to become.

If you want to grow as a leader, look for people whose actions you respect and study the attributes that make them who they are.

Then commit to becoming that person yourself. The standard you set for your own life becomes the standard your team will follow. by @harrissfishman

If I weren’t doing this, I’d want to be building something from nothing.

I’ve always appreciated the opportunity to create, grow, and see what’s possible with the right vision and commitment.
