Prices are falling. Rates just went up. So why are our clients still buying? 🏡

The headlines are written for sellers. For buyers, the same numbers tell a very different story:

📉 National values are 5.2% below the March peak
⏳ Homes are taking 39 days to sell, up from 28
🤝 Typical vendor discounts have widened to 4%
🏘️ There are 18% more listings than this time last year

That means more choice, more time and more room to negotiate.
