This year (year 2!!) I will again be donating $100 to Water mission for every home run that I hit to help fight the global water crisis. Last year we made it possible for 30 people to gain access to clean drinking water! All because of your help! Thankyou so much for the support. Let’s get it going again! 💪🏾💧🙏🏽 by @harry_ford

Thankyou Seattle

Looking back I couldn’t have ever imagined what I was walking into when I signed with the Mariners. There have been so so many hard times: times when I thought this wasn’t for me and I should quit, times I thought I’d never be good enough to make it to the MLB, times I would lose my mind from loneliness, times I dreaded going to the field the next day, times I wanted it to end. There were stretches where I HATED what I did. I hated showing up another day, hated being away from home, hated having to get ready for another game.

I’m sure that if you are reading this you can relate to all of those things in one way or another. We all go through things that feel near impossible in the moment. But there is good news for you friend. There is a God who LOVES you, he LAVISHES his blessings upon you, YOU are his prized possession!!! He wants only the best for you, and He doesn’t want you to go through these things alone. I can speak of these things through my own experience. If it were not for His appointed sons and daughters who wore baseball uniforms everyday I would NOT have survived. To my coaches, my teammates, my chaplains, the fans…. Thankyou. Thankyou, I am so so blessed to have crossed paths with every single one of y’all. It hurts my heart to know that I won’t see most of y’all anymore but I am thankful for the time we got to spend together. You guys got me so far, pushed me to be better, encouraged me not to give up, picked up my chin when I couldn’t do it myself. You showed me the love of God. I will forever be thankful

Now we are on to a new chapter. Washington D.C.! Who would’ve thought! I could have never dreamed this up. I’m so thankful to the Mariners for taking me as an 18 year old kid and helping me mature to a 22 year old little less kid 😅

God loves you
He cares for you
He sent his Son to die on the cross for you
He will not leave you or forsake you
He will show up for you

God Bless ya’ll by @harry_ford
