Hi all I would like to apologise for the late race report this week, I’ve just not had a chance to sit down to do it due to working 12.5hrs a day 😫.But anyway, It was a new weekend for all of us due to swapping suspension manufacturers. I have had an ongoing problem with the previous suspension all season so I had to take the risk to find out if it would feel a lot better changing to a better kit provided to the bike.After FP1 and FP2 we went into Saturday with a good direction with where I wanted to go with the bike. However I had the pace to qualify more further up the grid but I got caught up on a couple of laps with some riders touring on the racing line. Tried to put a lap in at the end as I got a chance to follow someone who is faster and I was under by 0.5secs but the session was red flagged 😕.Quali-P18Sunday was very interesting as in the morning warmup session I managed to get a fast laptime in which was 0.5s faster than my Quali time which put as P3 in warm up. In the race I had to try get through the grid as I knew I had more pace than some in front but I fluffed the start and lost a few positions 🙄. I got past a couple riders after that and then caught a gap that was nearly 4secs away, but after some time I felt the tire grip drop off and it didn’t want to take the risk of trying to over push and then potentially risk losing the progress of the whole weekend.Race - P16At the end of the whole weekend Im super happy with where we are at, especially riding with new suspension and meaning that I had to start from scratch all over again but I couldn’t thank @maxton_suspension enough for all there support all weekend. Really positive 2 days here @brandshatchofficial so far! We made a huge technical switch in terms of chassis and managing to feel comfortable with what’s underneath me so I couldn’t thank the people who have helped me get to the stage we are at with the bike this weekend. Not the weekend we were hoping for, but there are still positives to take away.Qualifying – P15 After suffering engine issues in Free Practice, we had to focus on getting the bike back into a workable setup. Considering the limited track time, P15 wasn’t where we wanted to be, but it gave us something to build on.Warm Up – P17 The bike felt like a step in the right direction, but I never really managed to get a clear lap to give the team the solid feedback we needed before the race.Race – DNF Unfortunately, the race ended early after a crash. I was pushing hard to stay with the lead group, but the front suspension was diving and bottoming out, which caused the front to fold and ended our race. It’s frustrating because the pace was there, but the bike just wouldn’t allow me to fight where I wanted to.A huge thank you to the team, my family, sponsors, and everyone supporting me through the highs and lows. We’ll take the lessons from this weekend, keep working hard, and come back stronger.Next stop: Brands Hatch in two weeks. 💪🏍️ by @harrycook_90

Had a technical problem with the new engine on Friday so last night the team worked so hard to swap my new engine for the old one. I honestly couldn’t thank everyone enough for their hard work and dedication to get my bike back to life again. Special thanks to @stangordon42 @chrisanderson9170 and @jdr_bsb for their efforts. Tough last two days at knockhill last weekend 😕Saturday, I knew was going to be a challenge due to it being a track to learn straight into qualifying. Race 1 was good but just struggled to ride with the setup that’s on the bike. I’ll be honest, I’ve been struggling so much with suspension setup lately and it’s getting more difficult to ride which is certainly not good so I need to work on getting the bike dialled in next weekend at snetterton. On Sunday however, the warm up was good as the bike felt nice to ride after my debrief after race 1 and was looking forward to race 2 but the bike unfortunately had a technical problem that ended in me having to wheel myself off the grid at the very start. Friday 😕I’m not the one for excuses at all but I had to learn a new track in the wet which i haven’t done in more than 2 years which is a fault of my own due to lack of wet weather practice. I was trying to adapt to the wet conditions but I knew that I still had dry settings in the bike in terms of rear shock and front springs as the softer shock and springs are still on order. Anyway full gas for today’s qualifying as it should be better weather 🤟🏻 #90 by @harrycook_90

This is a start, this is the right direction, I will never give up and I’ll always be happy.
