Really proud of Jackson and the work his mum and stepdad are putting in with him.

His mum had tried so many things before, but getting Jackson motivated was always the struggle.

Look at him now.

Jackson and his family are putting that into practice and doing brilliantly.

And the same goes for so many of the families currently on our programme. The parents are doing the work at home and we’re seeing some amazing changes.

These two are twins and, like most siblings, they don’t always see eye to eye.

Parents need to wake up.

Kids are sitting on waiting lists. School dinners are no good. Supermarkets are packed with ultra-processed food.

You can’t just sit around waiting for someone else to fix it.

Take control of what you can at home.

This generation needs us.

Jake is autistic, has ADHD, and goes to a special provision school. Very fussy with food. Nothing had worked before.

It’s crazy how many parents message us about kids missing school because of anxiety around their weight.

But there is always hope. We’ve worked with kids who were really struggling and seen some incredible changes.

We’ve received tens of thousands of messages from parents over the last year asking for help.

One of the most common questions is, “Where are you based? Can my child come and train with you?”

But here’s what we really want parents to understand.

The transformations you’ve watched on this page weren’t created by a few training sessions with us.

The real work happens at home.

We personally work with parents through our Boxwave programme, helping them understand what needs to change, putting the right structure in place and showing them how to make those changes part of everyday family life.

So if you’re a parent who’s been watching these transformations thinking, “I want this for my child,” don’t worry about where we’re based.

Hope everyone’s having a great summer

We’ve had a little break ourselves, but we’re back and getting ready for everything we’ve got planned with Boxwave.
