ALL SHOOK UP🎸💿

revisiting this show was really special to me, & getting to do it not only at a dream theater, but with this dream cast & crew, made it even MORE special 🥹 I will never regret dancin’ my tush off with all of you, or pressing our faces against each others to sing out!!!

one of the best things I did for myself this year was signing up to take an Acting Through Song class at the Alliance. I had had the itch to take a class (before I committed to maybe getting an MFA one day) and really just wanted to sharpen a few skills, but I walked away with an entirely new mindset and perspective on how to better share my art, on top of a whole new support system that helped guide me through from day one. the notes may not all be perfect, but the EYES!! EMOTIONS!!! the JOY of creating an entire story before you even open you mouth!!! words cannot express how grateful I am for this experience and for @therhynclark and if you can and you SHOULD), please take this class !!!

“I’m a sinnah!” 🔥

I joined Anything Goes excited to work on a golden age for the first time and to tap my face off, but I never could have expected to walk out the other side having learned so much about myself and this crazy passion we all share, and I CERTAINLY never expected to leave with an entirely new family by my side ❤️

From swinging on into multiple Angel tracks during the run to giggling on the daily onstage and off, this show was a dream to work on! I got to work with some of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, I got to watch a company rise to the challenge on multiple occasions, and I got to dance a SOLO?!! HUH!??

I love you all so big and so dearly. Thank you for making this an experience I will never, ever forget!!

Bon voyage!! (I mean, bon voyage-uh!!)🍾🛟

oh Pirate, I love you. this has been a show I’ve wanted to work on since college, and to do it with this cast has been such a joy. from giggling through dance breaks to ad-libbing some of the wackiest things I’ve honestly ever heard, this pirate crew made magic happen onstage every single day, and I’m so grateful to have been apart of it 🖤 thank you all for trusting me with this ‘Sensitive Guy’ and for going along with all the bits I may have added (especially if they were mean, bc I wasn’t allowed to smile until act 2). The sharktooth necklace will live around my car’s mirror until the end of days 🦈
