Another orchard dinner for Vermont Cheese Week in the books! Featured Southern Vermont Creameries: @goodhandscreamery, @parishhillcreamery, @vermontshepherd, Livewater Dairy, and honorable guest appearance from @boggymeadowfarm. Beautiful flowers from @fastponyflowers. Huge gratitude to our friends who helped run kitchen and service to benefit @vtcheese. Long live artisanship, small farms, and local food. 🥂

Some good food moments from our special suppers and pop-up events. 🩵 Cold somen in tomato dashi, cabbage and mushroom larb, sweet corn cake with whipped crème fraiche and blueberry compote, three chili sauces (剁椒, 潮州辣椒油, and 甜辣醬) to pair with arroz con gandules, color bomb onigiri, and an utterly flawless flan. taken in Harvest Barn Inn by @harvestbarnvt

Summers in Vermont look like lazy afternoons on the grass, BBQs and post-picnic naps, and river views with fireflies twinkling at dusk. 🍓🌞 taken in Bellows Falls, Vermont by @harvestbarnvt

When you live in Vermont, you get to have friends who make the best maple syrup and they think of you on a sugaring day when the sap is sweetest, and friends who roast beautiful coffee and you tell them the notes you love and they make you exactly what you need. 🤍 taken in Bellows Falls, Vermont by @harvestbarnvt

Our wool workshop is finally here! All day tomorrow, and we couldn’t be more excited. There is one last-minute opening if you’re looking for something fun, crafty, and unbelievably wholesome to do this weekend. We’ll start our day with coffee and cake, visit a sheep farm nearby, enjoy a lovely lunch together prepared by yours truly, and spin and knit all afternoon. Send a DM or call us if you want to snag that spot and join us! 🌸🌞 taken in Harvest Barn Inn by @harvestbarnvt
