Ad @harviaglobal

It is now time to upgrade our sauna heater. The new heater is much more powerful and heats up the sauna so much faster than the one we had before.

Installing it took time, but it is important to do every step of the way so that it stays properly in place.

And after that, everything is ready! Enjoy the sauna 🧖♨️

What happens when Finnish sauna culture meets Japan? 🇫🇮🇯🇵♨️
I sat down at @furuvik_rantasauna with Laura Kopilow @laura_from_finland, a Finnish expert based in Japan who works at the intersection of Finland and Japan and has been actively involved in building connections between the two countries through sauna, wellbeing and business.

In our conversation, we dive into Finnish and Japanese sauna culture what makes them different, what they have in common, and how sauna has become an increasingly interesting bridge between the two cultures.

From Finnish löyly to Japanese sauna rituals, we talk about traditions, relaxation, wellbeing and the different ways people experience sauna in Finland and Japan.
