Let’s celebrate Hmong American Day through yoga and sound meditation—an experience rooted in culture, storytelling, and connection!

This special gathering honors Hmong history, resilience, and heritage, blending movement and meditation in a meaningful way.

Flow with Sonix will set the mood with light displays, creating a peaceful space for yoga, renewal, and an immersive sound bath.

Open to all, this event welcomes everyone. Come with an open heart, and if it feels right, bring or wear something Hmong inspired! Whatever connects you to the culture and allows you to move with comfort and ease.

We’re getting a double dose of #wellness this weekend as part of our weekly #hashtagcommUNITY event at @riverparkfresno this Sunday ❤️

At 8am, join @erinbirdblesse, who is leading an hour long #TurnUp dance session that will get your heart pumping and will allow you to break a sweat in such a fun way! No dance experience is necessary- the choreo is easy to follow 💃🏻

Then at 9am, join @hashtag.pretty for an all-levels flow that will ground you and get you in the right head and heart space for the week. We’ll breathe, stretch, and ground on our mats to create some calm within, alongside @thel0d0wn 🙏🏽

As always, these sessions are F R E E and open to everybody!

Sliding scale payment options are available for both drop-in classes and unlimited monthly memberships because accessibility matters.
