Neil shows us how Greenton uses the Hashtek Tumbler to produce the dry sift behind their traditional hash lineup.

When the end goal is smokable traditional hash, we recommend dry sifting over water extraction. It eliminates the freeze-drying bottleneck, helping keep production costs low and throughput high.

Their first full-scale wash on a Hashtek 30 Gallon BubbleTek took third at the Solventless Cup.

Alchemy Pure started by testing Rambutan in five-gallon buckets. The cultivar returned more than 8%, so the team saved the remaining material for its new Hashtek setup. On the first full-scale run, it returned more than 8% again, with 4.5% landing in the 73–159µ range.

That rosin took third.

Six months later, the same compact system is processing roughly 35–42 kg of fresh frozen each week—and Alchemy Pure is expanding to two 65A systems with a target of 120–160 kg per week.

Start simple. Keep the quality. Scale when the crop is ready.
