In their own words. Unedited words from the people who train here; beginners, returners and everyone in between. Come and see for yourself. 📍 Wheal Jane Earth Science Park, Truro by @hatch.fitness
A hatch is where something begins. The moment you step out of what’s familiar and into what’s next. This isn’t another gym. It’s a curated space for connection, for familiarity with strength and for people to become stronger, healthier and more confident in their everyday lives. We make the unfamiliar familiar first, then we keep challenging you. This is Hatch. 📍 Wheal Jane Earth Science Park, Truro by @hatch.fitness
A coached training space for everyday people. Structure, support and progress you can actually feel, without the ego. FORM. Strength. Compound lifts, progressive overload and proper technique coaching. FLOW. Conditioning. Intervals, ergs and the work that builds your engine, with mobility built in. OPEN. Your time in the space. Train on your own, with a coach on hand when you need one. Our new 12-week block starts Monday. Book a tour via the link in our bio. 📍 Wheal Jane Earth Science Park, Truro by @hatch.fitness
The name isn’t accidental. A hatch is where something begins, the moment you step out of what’s familiar and into something new. That’s exactly what this space is for. This isn’t just another gym. It’s a space we curate, for connection, for familiarity with strength and for people to become stronger, healthier and more confident in their everyday lives. Lasting health isn’t built through perfection. It’s built through consistent actions, supportive relationships and enjoying the process. If you’re new, our job is to build your confidence, to make the unfamiliar familiar. Once you’re settled, we’ll keep challenging you, because hatching isn’t a one-off moment, it’s something you keep doing, every time you’re ready for the next stage. This space is for everyone. As we grow, that’s something I never want us to lose, the door should get wider, not narrower. You belong here for how hard you work your own body, not for where you’re starting from. Because health is better when it’s done together and every beginning deserves somewhere good to grow. by @hatch.fitness
