“Trainwrecks” was tracked in a cabin with minimal gear. I brought my 2 channel apogee duet and a couple of mics. We wrote the tune, stated with a scratch track, and built it from there. @randallkent took it from there and really made it come to life with a mix and mastered. Out now on all streaming platforms! #production #musicproducers #americanamusic by @hatchwingrider
Our latest song, “Trainwrecks” is out now! This is the second tune we wrote and recorded in an Arkansas cabin last year. Hope you enjoy it! #americanamusic by @hatchwingrider

Cavalry Is Coming is out now on all streaming platforms. This song came together last year in an Arkansas cabin, when the four of us — Chris, Jacob, Brandon, and Jake — got together for the first time since 2012. We booked an Airbnb in the Ozark Mountains, brought a little bit of gear, and planned to noodle on some new ideas (with hopes of hiking and paddling, too). Seventy-two hours of rain changed those plans, so we spent three days in the cabin writing and recording with minimal gear instead. We hope you enjoy this first release. Credits: Acoustic guitar & vocals: Chris Zehnder Upright bass: Jacob Johnson Electric guitars & nylon string: Brandon Harris Drums & engineering: Jake Bartlett Writing & production: The Avery Set Mixing: Randall Kent 🎧 Listen here: https://open.spotify.com/track/7Kqehogn8AKTHdBB9UoEFB?si=26e95427694f4125 by @hatchwingrider
