Come to The Works with me!

I decided to take a quick trip to The Works to have a little nose at what books they had in, and they had a really good selection of books! I decided against buying any of them though, none immediately caught my eye!

Which ones would you or have you picked up?

I absolutely love being a fantasy book girlie. Nothing beats sitting down with a cup of tea and getting lost in a magical fantasy world 🏰🥀✨

What I’m currently reading and my thoughts so far! ➡️

#currentlyreading📚 #veritybook #onyxstormrebeccayarros #threshingday

I’m roughly about 30% through Onyx Storm and it started it off strong but it’s now slowed down quite a bit for me 😩 I’m still invested in the characters and where the story is going but the pace has slowed down imo! Did you guys feel the same with OS or is it just me? 🥴

I’m very much a mood reader so I have put down Onyx Storm while I pick up Verity, and OH MY GOSHHH! I can’t help but read the next chapter, and then the next, and the next, you get the point… 😅 I almost finished it last night and I’ve only got the Epilogue left to read which I’ll probably finish today. It’s a 6 star book hands down, I’m HOOKED. I cannot wait to watch the movie to compare the too! 🤩 taken in BOOKSTA by @hauntedhardbacks

Start a new book with me! I’ve just started reading Verity ready for when the movie comes out! And honestly, I cannot put this book down, so far it’s already got 5 ⭐’s. When I’m not reading it, I’m constantly thinking about it, I just NEED to know what happens 😩

Have you guys read Verity? If so, what did you think?!

Come book shopping in Brighton with us!

Myself and Dani had the best time in Brighton yesterday. We spent two and half hours in Waterstones then we visited GoldsBoro Books and bought ourselves matching books 🤭

There’s a lot of mix reviews about Godkiller by Hannah Kaner but I absolutely loved it, it felt like such a cosy read for me. And can we just take a minute to appreciate how gorgeous this cover is? It’s probably one of the prettiest paperback’s that I own. 🍂🦌

If you’ve read Godkiller, did you enjoy it? I’m curious to know what you guys think!

Okayyyy so if you love werewolves you’ve got to read The Wolf King because honestly it’s such a good read and it’s probably one of my favourite books/series I’ve read so far this year! 🐺🖤

If you’ve read The Wolf King, what were your thoughts on it? I’m intrigued to know what other people think! 🤔
