Sunday was a good one. 🩷🤎

Thank you to @jersey.girlie and @hausofflo.studios for bringing Pilates & Party to The Pillars, and to everyone who came out. Custom scents with @pookalita, Pilates with @healhaus, and terrariums with @shoptansynj.

And a huge thank you to everyone who came through!

Pilates, perfume-making AND a party?! 👀💕 Who said wellness couldn’t be FUN?!

The girls in New Jersey are doing things differently, and I’m here for it! ✨

@jersey.girlie and @hausofflo.studios brought Pilates & Party to Newark, NJ, and it was the ultimate girls’ day experience!

We created custom fragrances with Pooka, enjoyed an incredible Pilates session with Heal Haus, and made terrariums with Tansy. Plus, the food, drinks, DJ, and dancing made the entire experience even better! 💃🏾

I love finding unique experiences that bring women together, especially right here in NJ!

Now THAT is how you spend a Friday night!

A full house of amazing women taking a little time for themselves. Beautiful portraits, Pilates, sound healing, a little journaling, yummy food, drinks, and SO much laughter!

But my favorite part? The conversations, the connections, and the new friendships made along the way.

This is exactly why I love bringing women together. More nights like this, please!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to @hausofflo for making it such a special night!

Normalize This.....
You can love who you are and still make room for who you’re becoming. 🤎

Growth doesn’t always mean starting over.
Sometimes it’s simply choosing what stays, what evolves, and what no longer belongs.

Be proud of her.
Keep becoming her.

Move Beautifully. Live Intentionally.
